The Lodge at Caney Creek is a spacious 8-bedroom, 8-bathroom cabin conveniently located 6 miles from Dollywood and 8 miles from Gatlinburg. This cabin easily sleeps up to 44 people. The entry level of this amazing cabin features a fully-equipped double kitchen with all new kitchen appliances featuring 2 side by side refrigerators, 2 flat top cook stoves with self cleaning ovens, 2 microwaves and 2 dishwashers. A large wooden dining table with bench seating invites the family to gather together to dine. Overflow chairs and table available. Cuddle up on the comfy furniture including leather Lazyboy recliners to watch a DVD on the flat screen television with the electric fireplace flickering. This level offers 3 king-sized bedrooms each with queen sleeper sofas and a bunkroom with 2 sets of queen sized bunk beds - all with private bathrooms. A sleeper sofa is located in the living area. The upper level features a 21 seat theater with a projector screen and sound system plus a game room where you can shoot a game of pool or challenge each other to a game of foosball. Relax while enjoying the large flat screen television and comfortable furniture. This level has 3 king-sized bedrooms and a bunkroom with 2 sets of queen-sized bunk beds. All bedrooms have private bathrooms. Breathe in fresh mountain air while sipping your morning coffee on the deck. Soak in the private hot tub enjoying the babble of Caney Creek nearby after making s’mores at the fire pit. Other amenities include multiple jetted tubs, 10 TVs and a washer & dryer.

There was roaches on the floor and the table. One of the bathrooms smelled like pee and the room I stayed in the bath tub wasn’t clean. There was still some trash in the pantry.

Management company was absolutely amazing! So wonderful to work with.Disappointed in the home. Furniture was worn down. Definitely needs updating. The media room did not work the 1st night due to the bulb being out in the projector. Maintenance did arrive promptly Friday to fix. One bedroom had a mildew smell and the carpet was in poor condition. The refrigerators took 2 days to properly cool the items inside. For the nightly cost I was definitely expecting more.

Overall the property was a hit. The property provided the space we needed for the whole family. The Wi-Fi did not work most of the trip but it provided tons of conversation and eliminated the kids staying on social media the majority of the time. The place was clean for the most part and provided appliances that everyone needed to make the evening a success. The theater was everything and the creek was relaxing. The kids enjoyed the fish and turtles in the creek. The fire pit was also everything and provided a campfire atmosphere. I would definitely book this property again.

The property is perfect for a group with children. They loved the creek and we had many nighttime fires in the firepit. Also grassy area for bocci ball, wiffle ball and volleyball. The biggest problem was the benches around the table. They are poorly designed with everyone catching their foot or ankle on them. Also, needed new filters and it smelled moldy. Otherwise a very enjoyable property.

We had a great family vacation here! Very conveniently located within 15 minutes of attractions and downtown Gatlingburg and close to hiking, nature and the Smokey’s. Barbecue. double fridge and laundry were a plus. Theatre and gaming tables were also very fun for kids. Host was very kind and responsive. Overall great stay and would highly recommend the lodge at Caney Creek.

Home was perfect for our group. The outside fire pit and close location to Caney Creek made for memorable campfires. I would suggest the owners put in a recycle bin as we had a lot of water bottles that ended up being thrown away.

Our family of 12 adults and 7 children enjoyed our 3 night reunion at The Lodge at Caney Creek. Everything was clean. Plenty of dishes and utensils. The kids loved playing in the creek even though the daytime temps were in the 40s-50s. We also went hiking. Enjoyed the fire pit. Plenty of space to mingle indoors and outdoors. Our only issue was missing the spare blankets in the bedrooms. One message to our host, however, and the blankets were delivered in a few hours.

This cabin was great! We came from Alaska for our out of state destination wedding and it was so nice to be able to have both sides of our immediate families, close friends, and wedding party all staying at the same location. If we needed anything they were super quick to respond and I know that they would be just as fast to respond if there were any issues. Cabin was clean, beds were comfortable, a great time was had! If I ever came back to TN with a large group I would hope that this cabin was available to book again.

Great location close to town yet feels private. We did notice street lights at night shining brightly into a few rooms and a travel alarm we couldn't locate that was in a downstairs bedroom that went off at 2 am every night. Otherwise no problem or complaints highly recommend!

Perfect location to explore the smokies mountains. The children loved the cinema room, the game room but most of all the creek and bear sightings. It was a short drive to most pigeon creek and gatlinburg activities. The smokies mountain national park was minutes away! What a wonderful property and vacation for all. Our family vacation was wonderful. The cabin was perfect for us. They were quick to fix any issues and kept in contact with us to make sure our stay was great! I highly recommend this cabin! We had 20 stay and it was very comfortable and gave us space to enjoy. Loved the backyard fire pit area too! We have no complaints!!! Great time!

Spacious and comfortable bedrooms, plenty of kitchen amenities, a nice balance of rustic (log cabin) but modern (theater room, TVs, kitchen appliances). Everyone had their own bedroom and bath yet the great room, kitchen, decks, media room and firepit were wonderful places for all of us to gather. The double appliances in the kitchen made meal preparation and clean-up convenient. Would recommend this to any large group.Nearby Pigeon Forge and the Smoky Mountain National Park were good attractions. Rocky Top Mountain Coaster was a blast; white water rafting was super fun, too. Hikes and drives in the park and nearby golf were things we enjoyed.
