Picked up packet for parking passes. Very easy.
I had an issue and Vacasa was supposed to call me back, but they never did. Issue was resolved myself.

The location and amenities were great! It is in Shipyard Plantation. The beach was a short walk away and had free parking if needed. Plenty of room and the customer service was excellent from the management company. I will definitely use again!
Did not necessarily like the way the beds were laid out but it works well for a couple with children. It has 2 bedrooms that have a double bunk bed on the bottom and 3 other twin bunk beds. A master with a futon is in the other room. I would still book again because it worked for us and we liked the location and the management company we booked with.

Suppose to be ready at 4:00;pm. Condo had not been cleaned at all, dirty beds, bathrooms, trash all over. Let Vacasa know and they said to text receipt and go out to dinner while they had unit cleaned. Kept coming back to unit to try and get in, but housekeeping didn't leave till 10:15pm that night. We were tired & disappointed it took so long to get into unit. Then to add insult to injury, never recieved any credit for the dinner that they requested we text receipt to them. Would have never stayed here for the 2 nights if we knew that we would not be able to enjoy any of the first night!!

loved the master bath shower!
Dish washer needs to be replaced. Hot and cold in kitchen faucet reversed. None of us was able to discover. Took repair man to show us us. Up the wattage of light bulbs in dining room. Hard to do puzzles in low lighting!

We loved the quality condo and condo location. The resort was beautiful and we will stay here again.
We had an issue getting a correct key code to enter the premises. Also, we had some issues with getting the TV to work correctly and also a maintenance issue with one of the showers. Vacasa took care of all of our problems in a timely manner.
