In the heart of Tahoe Donner, you will find all of the Trout Creek Recreation amenities right at your fingertips! (Access to the Tahoe Donner facilities requires an additional per-person daily fee.) This home is within walking distance of the Trout Creek Recreation Center and is only a short drive from Downtown Truckee. You can grab a burger at Squeeze In or a burrito at the laid-back Casa Baeza Mexican Restaurant. Enjoy both winter and summer activities at the Squaw Valley & Northstar resort, as well as Donner Lake, Lake Tahoe, and more! THINGS TO KNOW Following the Tahoe Donner HOA agreements, gatherings of people not renting the home are not allowed. Authorities will be notified if there is a party or large gathering in the home. No excessive noise and/or trash. All exterior lights must be turned off between the hours of 10 pm and 7 am, seven days a week. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
