We booked a suite and we got smaller than a normal room space. The fool you with a terrace space that you don't use but the actual room is TOO small, toilet is awful. A total rip off and no one cared nor asked. The manager sends her typical copy paste emails before you arrive and you would think the customer service will be great at the hotel.

How they fool their customer and they don't care. WE have been staying at this hotel for the last 5 years but never had such an experience before. We will definitely not be back. There are SO MANY decent hotels with much more comfort than this one

nice location but it’s not a 5 star hotel. reminds me of a budget ibis hotel next to the airport. no facilities or amenities what so ever.

very small rooms, unfriendly staff, incompetent receptionist. spa treatment was a joke - some random lady gives you a massage in one of the rooms..

Breakfast was delicious - fresh orange or grapefruit juice, mouth watering viennoiserie, scrambled eggs, fresh fruit and yoghurt. I wanted a coffee maker in my room and they accommodated my request.
