We stayed for several days and had a great time. The hotel is in a great central location, allowing you to walk easily to many of the main sights, as well as to the bus and train stations if you want to travel to other parts of the area. The room was a good size, well furnished, and comfortable. The breakfast offering was also excellent, with multiple options. As an additional nice surprise, the hotel also informed us we could get a travel pass for the area, giving us free access to public transport during our stay.
Nothing to add on dislikes, it was a great experience from start to finish.

The location was perfect for access to anything in Estes Park. Very comfortable room and extremely clean. The outside lot was right at our door, so accessible to room with luggage was great.

Unbeatable location in the heart of Bolzano and close to the train station. It is a gorgeous building inside and out and very clean and well kept. It felt like luxury, and the staff was amazing.
As is the case in in many European hotels, the AC unit is weak and cannot keep the room very cool in the summer. I often woke at night sweating. The breakfast food lacks variety.
