Rundum tolles Hotel in sehr guter Lage

Die Lage des Hotels ist unschlagbar, das Person aufmerksam und sehr freundlich. Man hat sich vom 1sten Moment an sehr wohl gefühlt.

Das Zimmer war sehr laut, da es auf den Waltherplatz das Fenster hatte, man konnte das Fenster in der Nacht nicht offen lassen

La posizione è perfetta. Hotel simbolo a Bolzano.

Praticamente nulla. A voler essere estremamente pignoli, la suddivisione del bagno non mi è sembrata ottimale.

La posizione super top Camerieri della sala colazione molto gentili bella sala accogliente

Camere piccole e non da 4 stelle armadio assente se non gruccie su un'asta nessuna scelta di cuscini e seconda coperta bagno senza bidet alla reception piccola e spartana con entrata sul retro poca professionalità

Ottima posizione centrale, personale gentile, camera spaziosa e molto pulita, piacevole la spa per trascorrere un'ora di relax, molto comodo l' ingresso diretto alle camere direttamente dal piano stradale

Tolles Hotel in zentraler Lage mit sehr gutem Frühstücksbüffet!

Der Umgang mit den Parkscheinen soll auch vorweg auf der Homepage mit Bilder kommuniziert werden.

Tasteful and elegant art-nouveau hotel in the very center of town

Amazing location in the centre of Bozen. Tasteful interiors and comfortable rooms. Quiet if you keep the windows closed. Effective air conditioning is enjoyable on hot summer days. The breakfast is just great and offers a variety of choice. Parking garage is close by and acceptably priced (22 EUR per day). For dinner I recommend ‘Wirtshaus Vögele’ at 5 min walk which offers typical tyrolean dishes. Reservation required if you want to sit outside on a summer eve.

Absolutely everything. Location could not be better. Car park directly accessible beneath hotel. Staff attentive and ready to help. Breakfast first class. Lovely decor.

Highly recommend this nice, excellent value for money hotel in Bolzano.

Excellent location, newly renovated and spacious room. Welcoming front desk and very helpful ( good restaurant recommendations and prepared breakfast boxes for early check out).

Comfortable hotel directly in the main Piazza

- Location directly in the main piazza - Breakfast was great! Very good selection to choose from - Public parking directly underground and close to the hotel (the parking and payment for our stay was much easier than we thought which was great!) - Comfortable bed and pillows - Friendly and helpful staff - Gym (limited equipment but still a nice to have)

- TV didn’t work in the room despite trying to get it fixed (we only have it on in the background so it wasn’t a big issue) - No kettle in the room which is a shame but I guess the hotel want you to buy that from their cafe - Extra charge for using the spa / sauna area which is a shame. You pay quite a bit to stay there so it would be nice if at least one visit would be included. - Woke up to no hot water one morning! It did get fixed by the evening but having a cold shower (and no apology or compensation offered) was a shock!

Great hotel for our short stay in Bolzano

We stayed here 3 nights Location was excellent and not too far from the train station but in the heart of Bolzano. We came to the city to see the Dolomites. The reception staff were excellent and helped us arrange a private tour. We ate at the restaurant for dinner and it was just beautiful and the best meal we had there.

Nice reception and breakfast staff. Lovely chap in the restaurant too. Great breakfast Great location Nicely decorated room and bathroom

No tea, coffee or even water provided with the room. Also tiny for what the manager said was a deluxe. We struggled with size/layout. Very surly female in the restaurant who only gave us a smile at tip time

Nice central hotel

Breakfast was really good. The hotel is situated exactly in the city center. Staff is accommodating. Parking with exit directly in the hotel lobby for EUR 22/day available (no guaranteed spots).

On Easter day there were no coloured eggs for breakfast. The lady behind the bar was yelling at both clients and staff.

Very clean, great bed, very very nice staff, we can highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Bolzano (great for couples as well as families)

It was a bit noisy from the pedestrian street (really only a little, baby was not disturbed in her sleep), next time we would nevertheless ask for a room facing the courtyard (for us spoiled parents :) )
