The worst hotel experience in Paris!
It was dirty, broken, the elevator didn’t work and there was a rat in the hotel.
We have a video recording of all of these, at night people are screaming and you can’t sleep, worst even more is the fact all of this happened and we ran away after the first night to sleep at IBIS nearby, the hotel owner told us we’ll get refunded and he didn’t do it for the rest of the four days!
Stealing 450 euros from us and acting like a gangster.
Do yourself a favor run away from that rathole.

There was free wifi
There was bold in the rest room around the toilet and on the toilet roll holder. the fridge had mold and did not work. The walls are so thin you can hear your neighbors snoring and talking

Walls were so thin you could hear snoring, phones vibrating from other rooms. No shower gel etc provided

location was convenient
everything is broken, overused bedsheets, dirty, trash from previous stayers. broken windows and there was no possibility to close the windows.

it is very close to a metro station and it is easily reachable from the Bercy bus station
it doesn’t have an elevator, so is mr very comfortable if you have more than a luggage.
There are different cats, I don’t have a problem with them but it wouldn’t be suitable for a person that doesn’t like animals or have an allergy. There is not a proper luggage storage and common area.
Not all the staff speak English

This is a perfect 'no frills' hotel, well positioned within one minute's walk of the metro.
The hot and cold water is perfect.
The lighting provided and location of power points far better than many 5* hotels.
And there are real wooden coat hangers!
Will definitely stay again.

The Hotel is on Line 2 of the Metro, which enables quick transfers from Gare de Lyon and to Gare du Nord. The hotel is clean and comfortable. I had a double bed and the room was quite spacious. The Hotel is quiet with good sound proofing. The Hotel is near to several restaurants.
The check-in process took about 15 minutes. This was not a problem for me but may be for others but the check-out was quick. The room I was in was a bit bare and I felt it was overpriced. However, I felt safe in the area and with all the advantages, I enjoyed my stay.

Within walking distance of my work destination.
This is a run down hotel in need of a total restructuring and embellishment. Just the minimum to sleep under a roof instead of sleeping in a dormitory.

Location. Bed was not too bad, shower water was hot
Lift was broken with no sign of plans to fix, had to lug my luggage up a narrow stairway. Staff didn't speak much English. When I checked in the only staff present was a child of like 13 who couldn't find my booking.
Shower was very small, as was the room. no Aircon and room got very hot. The whole place smelled strongly of cheese

nothing!!!
The conditions for living in this otel is extremely awful. Nothing workd properly, location is bad. Especially for families who want to find a peaceful place to stay, dont choose this hotel. Very dangerous, no conditioner available in any room, hairdryer in the bathroom was not working. In one word, it was awful.
