We had a very enjoyable stay at the hotel. The room was comfortable and clean, the staff were kind and helpful, and the location was convenient. Overall, it was a great place to stay and suited our needs very well.

Everything was excellent, food, personnel, the room, the room size, the location.
As the summer comes with higher temperatures, we were expecting to have AC in the rooms, but there was no AC which is a minus. The balconies have no privacy, you can see in the neighbor's balcony which is very uncomfortable. The balconies should be separated with some privacy panels to allow the visitors to enjoy the mountain view (which is great by the way) with no stress that somebody else can see them.

Almost best location and most beautiful place in Poiana Brasov. The hotel really gives you the vibe of hotel Transylvania (the animation :)) )
Lack of AC.
Missing seasonal fruits like watermelon in breakfast.
Room service lack of attention to small details.

It is clean, big rooms. Spa area quite big.
Especially I did not like the restaurant in the hotel, we paid huge bill, but the taste was totally not worth it. You can cross the street and find amazing food, with 3x less prices.
