Great location, free convenient parking, good lay out. However, furniture and decor very outdated. Only one TV ( no TV’s in bedrooms). Saw a mouse run by and noted mouse droppings on lower level. However, we had a great time.

Very close to the beach with private parking. We did have a few issues with cleanliness and a maintenance issue but it was a handled very quickly and professionally. Beds aren’t all that comfortable but to be expected at a rental. Great stay and property for the cost!

Super emplacement, à quelques pas de la plage. Maison assez grande pour 2 familles de 4 personnes. La climatisation fonctionne très bien mais déficiente au niveau de la chambre du RDC. L’achat d’un ventilateur a été nécessaire pour remédier à cette situation. Aussi, il y a très peu d’équipement de cuisine tel que vaisselle, ustensiles, aucune coupe à vin, aucune planche à découper et pas de linge à vaisselle. Bref un gros manque au niveau des commodités pour la cuisine. Grande terrasse invitante pour étirer les belles journées, mais aucune table extérieure. Pour pallier à ces manques, nous avons dû acheter plusieurs choses en extra tel que table d’extérieur et articles de cuisines diverses. La propreté générale laisse à désirer. Heureusement les 3 salles de bains complètes étaient propres ainsi que les lits. Bref, les attentes étaient élevées pour le prix que nous avons payé.

My only major complaint was that there was only one toilet paper roll per bathroom and we had to go out and buy more. The beds are okay, it’s a good place to crash but I wouldn’t try to make dinner here. The 3 full bathrooms are what made this place stand out.

The beds were a little uncomfortable (too hard) and the interior could use a little fixing up -interior doorknobs were loose, paint needed in LR/DR area, couch wasn't very comfortable, the wicker chairs in the living room had wicker unraveling & the dining room chair pads were stained and dirty and one chair (by the door) had a metal wire coming out that got me in the back. The TV reception was great. The access to the beach was super!! And the beach was not crowded - if you looked up or down the beach it was packed but our section was a pleasure! I would certainly consider renting again. Thank you for a wonderful vacation.

The place was clean and very nice. This is what I look for in a rental. We were surprised that they supplied sheets and towels. We brought our own but did not need them. Checked the contract and it did not say they were provided. It was nice to see a place that provided provided sheets and towels. Location was great and plenty of outdoor seating. Unfortunately there was no beach equipment, chairs, umbrella, etc. This would have been nice to have being at the beach. Maybe the owners should consider supplying beach chairs. This is a non smoking unit and that was fine with our group.

The place was nice and big with 3 bathrooms! We were disappointed there were no wash cloths. Also, the upstairs did not get real cool. On the whole it was a very nice place. Great parking spaces also!

I will start with saying that overall, we had a great time. It was just me, my husband and our two kids (ages 1 and 4), so we had PLENTY of space. That was one of the perks, we each had our own room so the kids would wake each other given their ages. We loved the location. You can’t beat the size/type of the house for the location that it’s at. We really wanted something beachside so we didn’t have to cross the highway with kids, and this was absolutely perfect being only a few steps to the sand.
For the cons: the place could have been cleaner. Within the first 10 min of arriving, I noticed what looked like dried blood on the white coffee table. I took a picture and sent it to the manager, but as I waited for A response I found a bleach cleaner and cleaned it myself since I had two little kids running around, and the one year old touching everything. It gave me a really uneasy feeling off the bat, and I questioned I how clean everything actually was. Fast forward to night time - I was looking around for an outlet to plug my phone in near the nightstand (in the downstairs bedroom), and there were used tissues crumbled up and just laying under the nightstand. Again, I felt grossed out but didn’t touch those. So they may even still be there. I was glad we brought our own sheets so I could at least sleep in peace and not have to question if I was sleeping on dirty sheets or not. If the cleaning crew pays a little more attention to detail it would greatly improve the experience. The only other critique I have, and it isn’t a huge deal b it worth mentioning, is that the appliances are SUPER outdated. They work, but the dishwasher left a film on the bottles we put in there. It does look as if the place may be slowly getting renovated - the carpet looks pretty brand new and the bathrooms are nice.
Overall - we had a great family vacation during our 4 night stay.

Location is close enough to be able to walk back and forth to/from the beach. Need a drink or food - no need to hop in a car or walk blocks to get something. Will need to drive if you want to go to the boardwalk, but we knew that and didn't mind.
Condo was clean and comfortably held our 10. Plenty of room inside and outside of the place. Three full baths was a real plus.
No issues - we would have packed more towels simply because while it was suitable for 10, towels were provided for 6. There was a washer and dryer so it wasn't a big deal.
