About this house rental
This executive home, located a quick 15 minutes from the airport in northeastern San Antonio, is perfect for golfers, military families, a fabulous family vacation, girls weekend or a romantic getaway. The main floor features a large master bedroom that includes a king size bed, large walk in closet and full size bathroom, including two person Jacuzzi tub, large shower, private separate toilet room, and a his and hers vanity. The family/great room backs on to the kitchen and features comfortable seating, a granite fireplace and a 60” Samsung LCD TV. The kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, granite counter-tops and an island perfect for serving up a family meal or appetizers with friends. The dining room includes a large dining table that seats eight comfortably. This home includes three patios. One on the second floor which has a view of the golf course and is protected from the rain and sun, the second one is on the main floor off the great room, and provides seating and tables for eating and entertaining. The third patio is off the kitchen and is a smaller private patio offering early morning shade when the main patio is sunny. The main floor patio includes comfortable seating, gas Grill, patio table and chairs. This is a great place to enjoy your guests and to entertain. The second floor includes a sitting area, two bedrooms, each with a queen size bed, one with an extra single bed, a full bathroom and a beautiful balcony, a great place to grab your drink, sit back and relax! For those little family members a new Pack-n-play and high chair is available. There is also a baby bathtub, stroller and toddler chair and toys The home is located on the ninth hole of the Northern Hills Golf Club. One of the 18 hole golf courses in San Antonio, this affordable course provides a challenge to golfers at all levels. The club includes a driving range and putting green. This home is very close to several local restaurants, shopping malls and other attractions. The famous River-walk and Alamo are only a 30 minute drive from the house and offer a great combination of dining, nightlife, historic sights and more. The San Marcos Outlets, one of the largest outlet malls in America are only 30 minutes away while The Forum, one of San Antonio’s most popular malls is a mere 10 minute drive from the house. The house was super clean and had everything you need. We cooked dinner a few times and the only thing we needed to buy was food and drink. Pots, pans, cups, plates, bowls, utensils .. everything was already at the house. It was very spacious with a big owner’s suite and huge on-suite bathroom. The upper stairs rooms were the perfect size for our 2 teenagers and my mother-in-law. The house is only about a 20-25 min drive to downtown San Antonio. We had a rental car so we were able to get around easily. Florence (peppery owner) was very responsive and easy to reach, even late at night.

This was my first VRBO rental. Every good thing others have shared about the property and the property owner are correct. It was all clean, beautiful, safe & quiet. Downstairs a king bed & bath with a walk in shower and a showplace jacuzzi/tub for two. (We used the tub ledge for group pictures, but never tried it out.) Also a convenient half bath/toilet just inside from the garage. The kitchen has a drip coffee maker, electric hot pot for tea water, filtered drinking water through the spacious refrigerator, a toaster, microwave, ceramic stove top, and an older but works just fine dishwasher. Just off the kitchen is a laundry room with fairly new, large, Samsung washer and dryer. We used them. Upstairs (the owner asks that you remove your shoes when walking up the wooden steps.) two bedrooms, three beds and a comfortably sized bathroom with a step in the tub shower. The water pressure was just fine throughout the house. The A/C worked well both upstairs and down. There were plenty of towels and washcloths and extra pillows and blankets. Before you go shopping at the very nearby H-E-B or super Walmart, check out the shampoos, coffee, laundry soap, dishwasher soap, etc. that previous "guests" have left. It will save you a bit. We left some of those items too, You're welcome. There are patios upstairs & down great for morning coffee. Eddy's is nearby- good Mexican food - not superb but fine for talking & relaxing. Downtown10 -14 miles. Airport is 7. Nat.Bridge Caverns 25 mi.

This house is great! Florence was amazing to work with. Have been staying in Vrbo’s for a lot of years and this the first time the host has ever called me the day before to see if we had any questions. House is centrally located to just about everything in S.A. Had everything we needed and was very safe behind locked gate. Area is good , close to HEB for groceries . Would definitely stay in this house again.

Moreno Family Spring Break
The house was really, really clean and had everything you could need to make the stay comfortable. We felt right at home and enjoyed our stay very much. The drive to the San Antonio hot spots was about 30 minutes but it wasn’t an issue for us. I would definitely stay at this property again.

Great getaway weekend for our family
House location was a great for everything we wanted to do and see. Very clean, comfortable, all the amenities needed. My daughter enjoyed sitting on the upstairs balcony every morning. We played cards at the table every. Even enjoy the local bowling ally just down the street.

Great getaway in San Antonio
We had planned a short getaway to San Antonio with the kids and in-laws. We were close to everything, Riverwalk, Quarry shops and restaurants and were not too far away from Six Flags or San Marcos. The House was exceptionally clean and was not the typical rental, it had been decorated and cared for and it showed. We were very happy with this cozy home away from home. We will be back!

Exactly what I was looking for
Florence’s home is lovely and the photos were exactly how it looked in person. Everything was spotless and comfortable. It’s in a very safe area, yet an easy ride to the airport. She is easy to work with and I enjoyed my stay very much. I would definitely choose her home again the next time I am in San Antonio.

Overall the house was excellent. The owner is very organized and responds thoroughly and promptly. The house is in an excellent location, close to the airport, grocery stores, and restaurants. Everyone that visited found it easy to get to. The house was immaculate and in great shape. Loved the big TV.

Florence was so easy to work with from the beginning. We had a little bit of a unique situation in that we were gathering in San Antonio with friends for a funeral. I messaged Florence before booking to explain our situation, she responded very quickly and was very compassionate towards us in her response.
Before our arrival, the guides that she sent to the home were super helpful in understanding how everything in the home functions and where everything can be found. Everything was exactly as described in the guides.
When we arrived, it was easy as pressing a few buttons to gain access to the house. If you are unloading more than a piece or 2 of luggage, the garage allows for easy access to get things moved in. Everything was very clean and ready for our use.
Each of the bedrooms were well stocked with pillows and blankets. The bathrooms were all clean and well stocked. Everyone agreed the beds were comfortable and slept well. The furniture was comfy, the living and kitchen space being open was so nice for our group to gather and spend time together. We also enjoyed some time outside and had lots of places to sit comfortably.
Florence is an A+ owner and very easy to work with. We can't thank you enough for the kindness and compassion you have shown to us during a difficult time. We wish you all the best and look forward to staying again during happier times.
