You just can't beat the location. The best for discovering the city, old and new. The kitchen was practically new, and even had a small dishwasher. The bathrooms and toilets were also all modern, and there was plenty of hot water and good water pressure. The wifi was also great and reliable.

The room we got had no view, as the windows faced an inner courtyard. That meant the rooms were quiet at night, but there was no air circulation. The one standing fan wasn't enough. If they put in two more, that would make a big difference for visitors during the warmer months. I am sure in winter it's fine.

No manager in the departments, The departments are old, not good looking, durty and without enough ilumination, you have to pickup the key 12 minutes walking from there, and where you do the pickup is really nice, nothing the same in the departments. Full of graffiti inside and outside, looks like a place of one night stand in a bad neighborhood, of course not family and kids place. We did not stay because looks unsafe and outside the building was a man asking like he was in charge avout your room and if you have your key, then started to do comments like he will go upstairs with us, really creepy. We did not stay and have to find another place asking for refund because this is fake publicity! and no one answer me, I booked two nights and I didnt enter in the room

Unclean and bugs and cockroaches

The property was clean and the beds were comfortable, there was shower with hot water, dishwasher, fridge, hotplate and microwave (no oven) and all was in working order.

There was unfortunately a fair bit I did not like. The entrance hall of the building is very shabby, dark, run down and our kids were scared to go through it. The apartment is run down, dark and there is no lounge- the three rooms are bedrooms. The windows open to the building's shaft, with bins and rubbish for the "view" do there is no clean air coming into the rooms when you open the windows.

Excellent location, easy access to all the atractions, restaurants, shopping. Beautiful apartment, high ceilings, modern kitchen and bathroom. Would probably do with a lounge room to relax in.

Dining table quite unsteady, probably the legs need tightening. Everything else was great.

it’s very old building and apartment is in really bad shape getting keys from another hotel that is mile+ walk; it was extremely painful to walk while it was raining badly to get keys missing basic amenities that’s listed in the hote description (no toiletries provided) broken bathroom that’s very small very high deposit amount and it can take upto 2 weeks to get it back apartment is big but very old and dirty - there is no concept of housekeeping it seems building is very old and getting upto apartment is challenge it’s better to stay next door Ramada Inn to avoid lot of these mess
