الغرفة كانت جدا سيئه. الحمام غير نظيف الغرفة كانت الاباحورات محروقة لا تعمل وطلبت تعديلها وجا العامل وبدل وحده والتكييف كان خربان و تقريبا كل شي لا يعمل و كل شوي اتصل لاني اكتشف شي يديد عطلان و طلبت تغيير الغرفة

Good location, friendly staff specially Riad, nice carpets and furniture, lovely bed, quick Check In, quick services, tasty food at local restaurant, supermarket at same building, taxi ride from hotel to Al Ain Central Bus Station just around 15AED

Erica, at reception, was outstanding. we arrived at 9am after a long flight and then drive. we were allowed to check in at no extra cost. offered a late check out too, again at no cost. really superb service.

The room was spacious and with a King size bed and a double, we had more than enough room for our family. Check in was quick and easy and they moved us to the side of the hotel where we could see the mosque at night. The breakfast was delicious.
The bathroom is quite small and no tub for my kids.
