Location and character of hotel. View from bedroom window. Breakfast was good choice
There was no milk for making tea and got charged €5 for a glass. The hot food at breakfast was cold!

Lovely comfortable hotel with beautiful historic interior. Room was really relaxing & lovely bathroom with comfortable bed. Location is great in the older part of Chur.
Would have been nice to have water supplied in the room & have more options for vegetarians (hot choice) for breakfast.

I am only filling in because I am still getting reminders 3 weeks after we stayed there. It was OK but the staff I thought were a bit disinterested. Good enough service but none of the warmth or welcoming that we got from all the other places we stayed at in Switzerland. They were a bit cold. So I would normally not bother to do a review. I only do for really good or really bad
