I absolutely loved this little gem! Rich and Brenda are amazing! Our stay was nothing short of perfect. The place was clean and just right for me, my mom, and my sister for a weekend beach getaway! The location was perfect and the place was quiet- even though PCB was buzzing about with activity! It was a great place to come back to and unwind at the end of a long day going out and about. Beach access was super close, as was Thomas's donuts, Pier Park, and access to local places in and around- even a grocery store! I highly recommend staying at this property!

Had a great stay at the Condo in PCB. The hosts were great, provided us with restaurant favorites, were quick to respond. All was clean and well taken care of, check in was easy. We enjoyed it and would stay there again.

My overall stay was nice not complaints. Location to beach, Pier Park and other places of interest was good.
The property was not great as somewhat outdated but they were working on revitalizing during my stay. The place I stayed was nothing fancy at all, but good enough to have bear essentials. If someone is looking for a sophisticated property look elsewhere, but if you're looking to get away for a short visit, this will do fine.

Shower head could use an upgrade…low pressure. Other than that, unit was great!!!

We had a blast!
Was a pleasure working with them, always got right back to me with any questions we had and condo was perfect! Just enough space for our little family getaway! Condo is located on the quieter end of pcb and was perfect location! Would highly recommend!

We liked the close proximity to the beach. The building is having repairs to all of the stairs which was a little daunting, but everything went okay. Condo was one of the nicer ones in the building. Had washer and dryer, dish washer, and utensils to cook and eat with.

Great Experience!
I stayed with my friends for 3 nights and we had a great experience! Its located right across from the beach, just a short walk and even has a private pool. It’s located about 15 minutes away from the main part of the city where all the restaurants and attractions are, and all of our neighbors were very friendly. the owners were great at communicating quickly through the check-in process and any questions we had during our stay.

Great Condo!
Me and my friends absolutely loved this condo! It was very very clean, plenty of room, and very cute inside. Booking was super easy and they contacted us right after. The location was great, it was still close to attractions but not in the crowded part of pcb! Overall, great experience!

Everything was just as described .It was a nice clean condo , the only problem I had was it is really 3 flights of stairs and I'm 72 years old ,but other than that it was fine.

Thus property was nice. However the star case close to our unit was blocked off and not usable for our four days there. The pictures made me believe we would see the sunset .
Overall it was a good clean condo and we would rent again. Walking access to the beach and store.

There seemed to considerable weather damage to the decking with some of it roped off for safety. I am a clean freak and was appalled at the huge hair clog in the tub drain and the layer of dust on top of frig and in corners. Otherwise we were able to make the best of it and have a great time. The grounds were very neat and clean.

Cozy and Quiet
Loved staying at this property! It's really close to everything without being in the thick of the tourist madness. The beach access is PERFECT. Just a short walk and you're there. I've stayed In beachside condos that I had to do more walking and carrying of things than here. Very well equipped and perfect for a quick getaway with your SO. The owners were very responsive and kind. Would definitely stay again.

Very clean and nice place to stay. Overall very clean and conveniently located closed to the beach. We could see the beach from standing on the balcony! Excellent communication with owners. We will definitely be returning renters. Wonderful place to stay!!

Great location! Good for couple.
The unit was in a great location, directly across the street from the beach. You cannot see the beach from the unit porch, but it's literally only seconds away on foot. Maybe a minute tops. There's a foot wash station on the ground level which was VERY helpful to my wife and I coming back from the beach. The unit is small and I would not have more than 2 people in it or it would feel crowded. My only criticism is that you are not provided with necessities. There is no sponge to clean dishes with, no pot holders, no salt or pepper, and they only give you one trash bag and one roll of toilet paper. Other than this, the place was great!

Senior Trip
Two friends and I rented out for a week for a senior trip, and I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. The owner was amazing at communicating with us about every payment and while staying at the property! Would very much recommend!!

Weekend Getaway
Everything was exactly as shown in pictures and description. Great place for the price. Rich and Brenda were easy to communicate with and always helpful.

The place was beautiful
It was a very nice place. When I read about the property I was given the impression it was on the 1st floor. I am handicapped with bad back, sciatia, knee and shoulder, so it was really rough carrying everything up and then down to leave. Love the owners. They are very good to work with.
