Convenient and clean ground floor flat

The location was great for walking in and out of the city centre. The parking spot outside in the private road was great as I parked there and didn't need to drive for 3 days.

The flat above had occupants which were loud, (holiday let as well I believe), and I didn't sleep for the first two nights. The man at one point was shouting up at the first floor. The third night I did sleep as I think they had left.

Very good

Had breakfast at Weatherspoons 5 min walk, lovely touches with flannels, toothbrushes/paste and toiletries available at no extra cost, pint of milk in the fridge

Parking not guaranteed, parked opposite, the building had no parking restriction's, person knocked 8am on the Monday and told us we had to more :(, not your fault, but spoilt the weekend

A great stay!

Lovely, clean apartment in a very good location. Near to the city centre and a short walk to the quay. The host was extremely helpful and communication excellent.

Parking can be difficult due to the road being very small.

Great location for a weekend stay, but apartment is small

Close to city centre and the river, host responsive to queries.

Small apartment - ok for a weekend stay but not enough space to spend time in the apartment.

nice clean equipment,just not very comfortable seating, lovely t v and good wifi,

parking, needs a little TLC, it appears the hairdryer has a loose wire, the shower is inadequate, the bathroom light switch is about to give up.

Clean, well equipped, milk and chocolates were a nice welcoming gift. Victoria stayed in touch

Very noisy neighbours. You could hear them walking over your heads. Loud even at 2am and 5am! We did not sleep well at all

We had a lovely Jubilee weekend and the accommodation was very comfortable

The location was excellent and a short walk to the Quayside. We were able to park at the front door (free on street parking) and the accommodation was very comfortable.

convenient for city centre. Nice touch that chocolates and toiletries provided.

It would have been nice to have a standard lamp or up lighter in sitting room, so overhead light was not needed.

Very convenient flat for visiting city centre with all mod cons.

Good location for walking to cathedral and Quays. Quiet area. On street parking in road if available, but beware if there is no space, there is very limited street parking in the immediate vicinity outside evenings and weekends but there is a car park not far away. The apartment is primarily set up for two pax - seating, dining space etc, although there is a sofa bed which we used one night only for temporary extra person. Nice touches of milk, chocolates, coffee, tea, sugar and info sheets, but fridge is very small if you are there long-term. Good heating system.

Front bedroom curtains don't close properly as net curtains are on same runner. There is a cupboard in the front bedroom but only very tiny dressing table drawers for unpacking. Upstairs neighbour's movements are quite audible but of course will vary according to individual guest. Bath/tap water temperature very warm rather than hot.

Location was good.

The sofa bed was vile and uncomfortable. It had stains all over the mattress. The bathroom was mouldy. There was a dirty glass in the kitchen. The whole place was dusty.

Great location and cool little apartment

Great location - short walk to the Cathedral and Town Centre and Exeter Quays.

You can hear every noise from the apartment above and both your windows for the apartment are hard against pathways where people walk so I certainly didn't feel safe to open my bedroom window.

Wonderful stay

This apartment made my trip unforgettable..I have to give special thanks to Victoria Pollard, she was very helpful through out my stay, she made my stay one of the best stays ever and the speed of her feedback and reply to my queries was exceptional and quick. This location was spot on, it was close to the center and to all attractions, every thing was within a walking distance. The apartment was clean and we had every thing that is needed like amenities,kitchen ware and pots. They even kept milk in the ref and chocolates for us as a welcoming gesture.. The bathroom was clean and spot less, toiletries were given and towels available beside soap, shampoo and shower gel which made our stay even better. Really appreciate the efforts

The upper apartment guests were very noisy all day long

Close City centre. Nicely presented. Recommend.

Close to City centre. Very clean & tidy. Extras such as milk, chocolates, toiletries.

It’s a residential area so parking not guaranteed but we managed to park outside the property all the time.

Excellent location, central but quiet Cosy Lots of hot water Well equipped Responsive host

Parking was not as expected (in the street in front of the property). Although nearby parking was quite easy within a 10 min walk, I had to park in the street had to keep moving my car during the day. The fittings were poor quality Eg the shower head didn’t fit into the slider rail and kept falling out during showering. The most annoying things was that the cooker failed 2/3 times while I was trying to cook my evening meal. The host did respond quickly, an electrician called but was not able to fix the appliance. There were perfumed sprays throughout the house which I didn’t like.
