Nestled in South Padre Island, this charming condo for R 4,886 per night is a great option for your next vacation. NOTE THIS UNIT WAS COMPLETELY REMODELED DECEMBER 2019 PHOTOS WITH GRANITE AND GREY WALLS ARE CURRENT Great views of paradise overlooking the gulf from this recently remodeled Aquarius beachfront 5th floor unit. Watch sunrise on the gulf from front balcony, watch sunsets and fireworks from rear balcony. Located directly on the Gulf of Mexico. Sandy and I stay often in this unit and update it constantly No need for rental car, you can walk to entertainment and great bay side restaurants such as Louie’s Backyard, Palm Street Pier Bar & Grill, Laguna Bob's and Daddy's. Shopping, water park and theater also close by. Just out the back door is miles and miles of golden beach to walk or relax around the large pool and hot tub or if you must work there is W.I.F.I. in our room. Jet skis, parasail banana boats, dolphin watch, museums and lighthouse are just some of the near by attractions. The Aquarius is a gated beachfront complex with a friendly 24 hour management /security staff. The Aquarius also has a laundry room a small fitness and sauna room and 3 BBQ areas. Wrist bands are required at the Aquarius during peak times, see rental agreement for details and entry information. The Aquarius has recently undergone a major renovation inside, outside ,pool ,spa and grounds and is in outstanding condition. Cancellation policies Outside 60 days full refund (90 days Winter Texans) Inside 3 weeks no refund.(We will always try to rent your cancelled dates and refund deposit or payment if ALL nights are rented) In case of a mandatory hurricane evacutation a credit of per night stay will be given for each night island is unsafe. Loved the Condo, its location, staff & other guests/owners. Plenty of towels, kitchen was well stocked and everything worked! Front office staff very friendly and helpful. Walking distance to places we wanted to go to and finally tried the Metro shuttle and were surprised by the ease of access. Loved the pool/hot tub area and access to the beach ❤️

We loved this unit, easy access to beach, pool and walking distance to many restaurants and stores. I had a 5, 8 and 15 year old along with my wife and condo was perfect for us. The owner went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay and we will definitely stay here again.

Check in process was quick,easy and for safety I love the wristbands. Beach access , fully stocked kitchenware and Coffee maker if you want to buy food to cook. Loved the 2 balconies, beds were super comfortable, LOVED the decor! Exceeded expectations!

The condo was great! The view and location were amazing! All of my questions before the trip were answered promptly, and the check in process was easy. If you are looking for a nice little condo with a great view and quick walk to the beach, this place is perfect!

Two balconies were wonderful! We used them both at different times of the day!! Perfect stay, beautiful beach, clean pool, sweet condo! We had no issues at all! We saw two firework shows from the balconies and the grand babies loved that! We are most certainly going to make this an annual trip!

We loved our stay here- family of 4 with elementary-aged kids. Even better than described/pictured in the listing. Had everything we needed for our 4 night stay. The grounds were well kept and such a short walk to the beach. Host was responsive when we had questions. We would definitely stay here again!

This property was perfect for our family vacation. It was spacious and clean and we did not have any issues whatsoever. We had all the things we needed for our stay. The view from the balcony overlooking the coast was amazing and perfect for drinking coffee in the early morning. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to return soon!

From the minute we stepped foot in the Aquarius building, we had a wonderful experience. The staff were very friendly, and the public spaces and building were meticulously maintained. Did I mention the friendly staff? We certainly felt welcome. The condo itself is spectacular. The views from the front and back balcony are gorgeous. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, cookware and such. There were plenty of towels. The condo was impeccably clean. The beds were comfortable, and the blackout curtains certainly do their job. No complaints from us about anything. The only recommendation came from my mom. She feels more secure when there is a grab bar in the shower. The laundry room was very clean as well. The machines utilize an app which is amazing. Start your laundry, go back to the pool or beach, and your phone will let you know when your laundry is done. We both agree that we would stay here again! Thanks for sharing your beautiful place.

Nice condo with great location. Many activities to do on the island. Fireworks are not to be missed. Jet skis, sea turtle inc, the art trail, the bird watching and outdoor trails are good too. The condo has nice amenities like sauna, hot tub, and pool. The updates to the unit are top notch except for the mattress choices. The queen bed slept alright but the other twin beds could use a memory foam topper or just a change over. Having a balcony viewing the ocean and another with a view of Laguna Madre can’t be beat!

Absolutely loved our stay here. Property was right on the beach and not even a 5 minute walk from the strip with stores and restaurants. The staff were great and helpful and the owner Greg made it all painless. Traveling as a single dad with 4 kids ( ages 5 to 13). We will be back for spring break 😀

We stayed here at the peak of the summer vacation season. The condo was well decorated and had all the amenities we could hope for. The view of the beach was spectacular. Location was awesome — a couple of blocks from good restaurants. With two older teen boys, I would say it was a tight squeeze — might be better for a family with smaller kids. The mattress in the main bedroom needs replacing, which I shared with the owner. The TV remotes might need to be checked, too — they’re a little worn out. Overall, it was a good experience.

This property was clean, and the grounds were well maintained. The condo itself was clean, and big enough for our family of 4. We were in Padre with 3 families celebrating milestone birthdays. 2 families were staying at this Aquarius property and one family about a mile down the road. The Aquarius property has a nice grill area down by the pool and a nice hang out area in the grass with shade where you could gather for a barbecue. We asked the front desk if our 1 family could come over for the night to celebrate and eat cake and it was a hard NO, absolutely no exceptions. I'll just say that it was very dissappointing to haul 10lbs of fajitas plus cake etc... down to another property and back for the night... This property is so secure that no one, not even a friend is allowed to come up to your room at this property for ANY amount of time. I do understand rules and security, but maybe know the risk of your guests and I promise the 50yo are not the ones to be concerned about.

Pictures and descriptions of the rooms were accurate. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was a nice size. Location was great and the kids had easy access to the beach and lots of fun at the pool. FYI- this complex is a wristband place, and the security was all over us checking to make sure that we had wristbands poolside and when entering the building (long sleeved rash guards would cover the bands). We did have an issue with the tvs, and Greg was very prompt and kind dealing with the issue.

We booked at the last minute when other plans fell through. This is a great location with two wonderful options for viewing the water. We also liked the chance to have our car parked safely in a gated lot.

Everything was as expected. We had what we needed and wanted inside and outside of the property. Easy walking/bike riding/driving distance to stores, restaurants and of course the beach. Wifi was good. And the hosts checked in on us mid-stay just to see if we needed anything, which was thoughtful.
