Located in Lagos, this charming condo for R 2,671 per night is a great option for your next vacation. Our very large luxurious 2 bedroom penthouse with living area 102 m², balcony 102 m², sleeps 5 comfortably. The property is very centrally located, a short stroll from Lagos marina, the town centre and the local beaches. This beautiful brand new apartment has 2 large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large entrance hall, fitted separate kitchen and spacious lounge with sofa bed. The apartment is furnished in a very modern, contemporary style, to a high spec. The L shaped balcony is perfect for alfresco dining with its panoramic views of the town, marina and coastline. The complex is extremely modern and features an outdoor pool veranda (adult and kids pools), private kids play area, landscaped garden areas throughout, gym, indoor heated pool, jacuzzi, and on-site cafe. Underground parking is also available.A lift is located right outside our door and entry to the complex is gained through a video phone entrance system for added security. All windows are fitted with electronic shutters. All rooms are air-conditioned.: Kitchen: The separate kitchen has granite work tops, oven, hob, extractor fan, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine. Utility room: Central vacuum system, iron and ironing board. Living room: Large open plan sitting/dining room, 2 white leather couches, one of which is a sofa bed. Dining table with leather chairs, plasma screen TV, DVD, pre-installed sound system and occasional tables. Satellite TV with limited Sky channels available. Cleaning/towels/linen/maid service: Bathroom and beach towels and linen are included. The centre of the old town of Lagos is only a 10 m: The main beach in Lagos is Meia Praia, a 15 min walk from our apartment, or you can take the Onda. The 5 km of sandy beaches at Meia Praia never get too crowded, and have loads of extras to offer, para-gliding, banana boats, wind-surfing and surfing. The beach has plenty of little cafes and bars. There are many other sandy coves and beaches nearby.Lagos has everything to offer for the perfect family holiday. Fantastic days out can be experienced at the following locations, Zoomarine, Dolphin safaris, Jeep safaris and Slide and Splash water park. New to Lagos is the recently opened Algarve Autodrome, which is approved for Formula 1 testing. Further details: While the picturesque town of Lagos caters really well for its visitors, it is essentially very much a real working town. Shopping for groceries is no chore here with a choice of the new Pingo Doce supermarket 2 min walk from the apartment, or to head to the towns indoor food market which supplies a wonderful array of fresh veg, meat and locally caught fish. Cafe Fresco is the on-site cafe serving home cooked food all day long.

This property was amazing, from the moment we booked it, great communication with the host. Upon arrival, huge space, well appointed, beautiful furnishing, large rooms and the best part is the balcony that wraps itself around the apartment with views of the marina and the ocean. Great for sitting outside having a cocktail or watching the sunrise. The apartment is in a quiet, safe area, walkable to the center of Lagos (10-12 minutes). Lots of restaurants around, a grocery store and the best part is the café downstairs. Their food is so delicious and the people that run it are warm, kind and super friendly. Overall this apartment was amazing and it made our week in Lagos so enjoyable.

Had a fabulous holiday at this apartment. Clean with everything required. Great location five minutes to the marina and 10/15 stroll to old town. 5 minutes to bus station where we caught the bus to Praia de luz and spent a pleasant day on the lovely beach. Sun beds available. Communication with Orla the owner of the apartment was very good and she was very helpful and obliging. I’ve never stayed anywhere with balconies like this apartment - massive. Supermarket next door. Would recommend restaurant O’artista opposite hotel tivoli. We enjoyed our stay so much we have decided to return just need to check dates.

We just spent 10 nights in Orlas apartment which was perfect! Location was amazing, we walked into town and to the marina at least once every day, my boyfriend had a trackday at the Portimao track and found it an easy drive plus we explored a few of the nearby beaches - a great all round location!
The apartment itself is well equipped and we had beach towels and all the gear needed plus being able to have a bbq on the balcony was a bonus. The outdoor pool was still quite cold but we used the indoor one most days with my 8 month old.
Communication was great between both Orla and her management team to change towels/sheets and discuss checking out. Definitely reccomend and hope to return!

On arrival there was scaffolding outside the apartment block including outside the apartment itself. On two occasions there was a workman on our balcony outside the main bedroom at 8:00 in the morning. At no time had we been informed about this.
The inside of the apartment was clean, although the balcony and outside furniture was dirty.
As has been said on numerous occasions, the sofas are badly in need of replacing; not only are they peeling, but one of them is held together with gaffer tape.
The TV remote doesn't work properly and we couldn't follow the operating instructions.
We were informed a few days before arrival that the bath in the en suite bathroom was leaking and couldn't be replaced for two weeks, so the shower was unusable. Being just the two of us it wasn't a problem, but for four people it could be an issue (I only mention it in case it hasn't been fixed).
I sent a message to Orla expressing my disappointment, but she didn't respond.
This is far from a luxury apartment. With some updating it could be, but I feel it is overpriced for what you get.

Very spacious and clean apartment with a wonderful deck, very quiet and good location. Grocery store one block from the apartment. The indoor and outdoor pools were a bonus. The deck had ample deck furniture and a clothe drying rack. Definitely, we would stay there again.

This property is very spacious and well maintained. The view from the penthouse was amazing overlooking the town of Lagos. The location of this property is fantastic. You are able to walk to many stores,restaurants,beaches and bars within 20 to 30 from the apartment. The owner was very knowledgeable and easy to get hold of whenever we had any questions about the area. My family and I highly recommend this property if you are looking to stay in this area

We loved our stay in this apartment, penthouse with huge patios on two sides ; close to absolutely everything Lagos has to offer. Fantastic butcher shop on the next street called Talho Lusitanio if you r cooking in. There is a little charcoal Bbque that we used for burgers , steak and Turkey burgers fr the meat shop. So nice to have your own cooking as we were in Lagos for an extended period! Can’t say enough about the apartment, it’s huge,nice and clean with cleaning service every week. Change of sheets towels etc Nice little cafe just outside the main door. There is a pool and a gym; didn’t use the pool, gym adequate but no High End Machines if that’s what you r looking for. Would definitely book in again. Yes the couch is a bit used up ; ignore that and get out into the beauty of Portugal. Lots of great hiking to do! Try the boardwalk, it’s a great way to see some of the coast line!

We have had an excellent two weeks in Lagos. The location is ideal as it's 5 minute walk to the marina, 1/2 hour walk to the beaches and 10 minutes walk to the centre of the old town. Lagos has that mix we love of real Portuguese family life - great restaurants - friendly people - lots to do.
I would highly reccomend it as a base.

From booking, through to check in and check out our experience has been amazing. Our host Orla was very responsive at every stage. The apartment itself is beautiful and the wrap around balcony gives loads of outside space. It is very central and close to public transport which meant we didn't need to hire a car and the supermarket is literally round the corner. We walked over to the Marina and into the bustling town on many occasions with ease. I would highly recommend for anyone wanting to visit Lagos.

Lovely apartment
We had a very comfortable stay in this lovely large apartment. The settee was rather worn and possibly needs replacing. The balcony was lovely however the table and chairs felt a little old and dirty. Despite these points we very much enjoyed our stay and the amazing view

Wonderful apartment in the heart of Lagos
This was a wonderful place for my family to stay. It was a bit of a rough start as we didn't get any information regarding how to get into the condo prior to our arrival but VRBO was incredibly helpful in getting us in touch with the person that manages the property. The condo was lovely and the balcony was really fantastic. I know others have commented on the couches. I appreciate the beating the couches take with the direct sunlight but it is a challenge to enjoy sitting in the living room as debris from the peeling couches does come off on one's clothing. That said, we really did not spent a lot of time using them. We would gladly stay here again. The cafe below the condo was AMAZING! So fresh and delicious food! Walking distance to the center of town.

Algarve First Time - Wonderful!
Enjoyed this property immensely. The location of the unit is very convenient. Old Town, bus station, train station, and promenade are a short walk away. Wraparound deck is very comfortable, and the rooms are nicely apportioned.
Minor inconveniences of the hall bathroom light above the sink being out, and toilet flush knob sticking occasionally. Also, a couple of the door locks to the deck would not lock, so we lowered the shutters for security - no problem!
Very enjoyable, would definitely book again!

Great location and spacious unit
We spent two months in the unit with another couple and really enjoyed it. So nice to have a view of the water and lots of light in the morning. balcony was large and well equipped with loungers and chairs and a table. Easy walk to old Lagos and just two minutes to the grocery store behind.
Orla responded very quickly and a couple maintenance issues that occurred were promptly addressed by the manager. Great restaurant below the building (tasty, friendly, good prices).
Kitchen was well equipped, but unit could use a few end tables and bbq was very tiny.
We would definitely rent again.

The great thing about this apartment is all the space! It has two big bedrooms and two bathrooms. Also the balcony is enormous, with a stunning view over the harbor and the sea (especially with sunrise!). We enjoyed using the bbq out there. The location is perfect, around 15 min walk into town and also 15 min to the beach. The communication with the host was easy and fast. When we had a question during our stay she was also very easy to reach and was thinking along with us.
One minor thing that could be better is the furniture on the balcony. It is ok, but some new fresh furniture would make the whole apartment much more attractive.
However, I would definitely come back when I visit Lagos again!

Great position but interior tired and needs maintenance.
Can't beat its position, walking distance to everything. Great views from varanda. Inside wasn't so comfortable. Sofa and chairs tired looking and hard. A/C worked after we had to clean all the filters. However for a sun, beach and walk around Lagos holiday it was very good.
