Situated in Lagos, this attractive condo for R 2,947 per night is a great choice for your next break. Apartment downstairs, with independent entrance.plus at least (200m2). Very spacious perfect for more than one family. Terrace with view to the garden and the sea where you can have your meals or just relax. Very good location just 150m from the beach and 100m from the communal pool with ocean view. The centre of Lagos and just a 10 minute walk away so you can leave your car alone during the holidays. Cleaning and change of bed linen and towels are included in the price (change of linen at the end of every seven nights, and cleaning of the apartment)). Apartment equipped with fire blanket, fire extinguisher and smoke detectors. Cozy, comfortable, Dining / Living room, cable TV, WiFi, CD player and radio. 4 bedrooms: 3 double bedrooms, 1 twin bedroom, kitchen, refrigerator, freezer, washing machine and dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, etc... 3 bathrooms with WC. 2 with bath and shower and one with shower. Electric air conditioning. Swimming pool in the condominium, parking space inside the condominium. Arrival time from 3 pm /until 7 pm. Departure time 10:00 a.m.

Our holidays were a very good trip. The apartment is comfortable and perfect for two families with seven or eight persons. We liked the big terrace where we often could take breakfast or dinner. We stayed in October and sometimes the weather was stormy. But we also spent time at the beach in the sun. We would like to come back to Lagos and to family Lima.

The apartment was fantastic. It was located in a beautiful area with amazing views and lots of amenities. Our group of six, 3 couples, could easily be accommodated and had everything we might need. We loved sitting out on the patio area and enjoying the warm breeze. It is located within 10 minutes walking distance of Old Town and we enjoyed our strolls there every day. Restaurants were very plentiful if you decided not to prepare your own meals. We all loved it!

This is probably the most beautiful condo we’ve stayed in over the years of travel!! Pics don’t even begin to show how lovely this place is!! Location is perfect. Short walk to the beach. Food market within walking distance as is Old Town Lagos. We did not have a car and didn’t need one. Maria and Adele were both easy to talk to and responded immediately to messages. I highly recommend this condo!! You will not be disappointed!!

We had everything we needed plus plus more. Room were all decorated. Having 3 bathrooms was fabulous! Out side space was was wonderful - we played cards almost every nite. Plenty of chairs - awesome!!

Everything was so nice during our stay. The location to the pool and beach was an easy walk. The house itself had everything we needed and it was clean and well-kept. We’ll stay here again on a return trip to Lagos.

The location was PERFECT, right by the beach next to a beautiful part of Lagos.
The apartment had EVERYTHING one could possibly hope for. The owner had anticipated our every need. In addition, the apartment was beautifully decorated so we felt we were in a five star hotel.
We have already started recommending this property to our family and friends. I am also going to tell my children to comment about this property on Facebook and Instagram as I would like others to enjoy what we enjoyed these past four days. In fact, I wish I had booked for a longer period of time. Thank you Maria Manuela for making our stay memorable.

Lovely apartment, close to some lovely restaurants and the well stocked Spar was less than a 10min walk away.
The spacious apartment was well stocked and had everything required to accommodate our party of 6.
Worth noting there are a lot (lot!) of steps to the pool and more steps and slopes to the beach.
Great fun had by all and we will be back!

Such a great apartment next to beach with a great pool to use also. The apartment had everything for a comfortable stay and so convenient to walk into town.

The apartment has everything you could want. It is comfortable with air conditioning in every bedroom. The veranda is great and our kids loved the hammock. It has a lovely view - we enjoyed a lot of time there.
Having a weekly clean included helped us keep the apartment looking good throughout our three week stay.
Maria was very friendly and responsive pre arrival and Rita was on hand to help when we were there.
If you are visiting Lagos with your family, I would highly recommend the apartment.

We loved our stay at this spacious VRBO. Everyone enjoyed eating breakfast on the patio and the kids loved the hammock and extra front area. We were able to walk to the beach every morning and enjoy the pool in the afternoon. And it was a 10 min walk or short cab ride to restaurants and shops. We would definitely stay here again!!

Great apartment! Big enough for all 8 of us (6 adults & 2 children) & heaps of communal space to gather. Very comfortable & stylish, good beds, secure area, convenient to walk into town too. Wonderful & huge pool, plus the beach is beautiful. We would definitely stay again!

Great location close to the most beautiful beach and short walk to town. Would have given 5 stars except there were a few technical issues:
-refrigerator alarm went off multiple times and after googling I found that the temp needed to be reset
-the oven auto ignite switch didn't work, so we couldn't use it until the next day when the host brought matches.
-there was no hot water on our first night. the host came to get it working the next day.
-no trash bags for under the sink, but host brought after requesting.
We ate at Mar Bar & restaurant down the hill and enjoyed the food & outdoor patio overlooking the ocean.
Also loved Black and White for breakfast.

This large 4 bedroom apartment was in a central location just 5 minute walk from historic town. Great resort pool right on the beach. Apartment had fully equipped kitchen, washer and large dining area. Perfect for a family or several couples. Clean and comfortable. Quick communication with owner.

This property is walkable to city center, 15 minutes max. The beach is right in front of the condo complex. This property is large with nice seating outside. Very quite area. Host had everything ready upon arrival with information on local area. Would recommend and stay there again.

We were pleasantly surprised by the size of the apartment, 4 big bedrooms, 2 lovely bathrooms , indoor and outdoor seating , so much space for a family of 6. The kitchen was very well equipped, nice touch with the coffee bar and the complimentary coffee pods, I really enjoyed those! Our 4 children loved unwinding here after a long day out, there was even beach towels, parasols and games to use which we was very grateful for as we only came with cabin luggage.
Everything was spotlessly clean on arrival, we had a fantastic time and would definitely come again, thanks for a lovely holiday.

Great property and location
The hosts were extremely welcoming, the property was very spacious and spotless and had every amenity you could wish for. Location was great too - close to Donna Ana beach and Lagos old town. Would definitely recommend!

Great stay
We booked the apartment based on previous reviews and it’s location , as a party of 4 adults and 1 teenager we were not disappointed, plenty of room , 4 good sized bedrooms, well equipped kitchen and plenty of little touches like games , dvds , beach items all made it a very relaxed stay. It’s a 5 minute walk to the impressive beach, the complex pool is very big but cold at the time we stayed ( 19 Oct ), we hired a car for the week and were able to visit many places within an hour drive. The apartment is within easy walking to the nearest town Lagos, which has a great vibe. We mainly ate in but found a great restaurant called Mer halfway down the hill toward Lagos . Marie was a great host with excellent communication and a friendly warm welcome .

Fabulous in every way
We are just back from the most wonderful and relaxing week. What an apartment. The layout was such that there were several 'spaces' to relax/eat in, both inside out outside. There was everything you could possibly need and we really loved that beach towels were provided. We made use of the boules as there is a beautiful grassy space opposite the apartment. The pool is heavenly, way larger than the photos suggest and was never crowded or less than peaceful. The town had so many god restaurants and a super 'vibe' - we discovered several great gelaterias too. A wonderful stay, we'd definitely return and would always want to stay here. Fantastic !!
Just spent 2 weeks here and everything about the apartment was superb, its really spacious and spotlessly clean through out. Its a short walk into town and we all loved the pool.
I couldn't fault anything about it and would highly recommend.
