Staff at the counter was nice and the room is good with its facilities in general. Just our luck that we were given the

Many facilities like coffee maker kettle hairdryer aircon hangers shower gels and shampoo provided. Charging ports more than sufficient.

Unfortunately we were given the attic room 401 although we are a group of 3. Room has 4 beds which we dont need the fourth at all. The lift only operates up till the second floor (hotel did state this in booking) and we have to carry luggages up till the third. Even then theres a staircase up to our attic room. For this we didnt carry our luggages up till but left it at the third. The walk from the station also takes more than 10min with our luggages.

Enjoyed our stay

Staff were good, room was clean, good size, we enjoyed it

Tiny issue, a couple towels were torn but we exchanged one.

Disappointing

Central location and air conditioning.

Poor value for money. No milk, no plates, glasses of any kind, cutlery. One towel had a hole burnt through its centre. We were expecting much better given the tariff.0

Perfect location, would definitely reccomend

Perfect location in the centre of Amsterdam, friendly staff and lovely rooms.

The room was a little smaller than we had last time and the slope in the room on the ceiling was low by the bed. So not good when your a little taller.

Small comfortable hotel in good location

The rooms are minuscule but comfortable and pretty soundproof with good AC and WiFi. We slept well and it’s a 5 min walk to the Central station.

Staff wasn’t that pleasant.

Bed bugs!!!!!

- nice location

The hotel was nice, in a good location, but after 5 days of returning there, my friend and I had bed bug bites. The first night we had a few blood stains on the sheet but we didn't pay attention to it, the second night I killed something on the duvet but I never encountered it so I didn't know it was bed bugs. I contacted the hotel, but they wrote to me that they checked the room, that there was nothing there and that they thank you for your interest, that they pay attention to the safety and hygiene of the guests. Well, my 52 welts on my body, a visit to the skin department and anti-itch medication suggest something else.... Definitely, despite the nice location, nice staff and everything around, I do not recommend staying here!!!!

Exceptional

It was small and cute room, but very clean and cozy at the same time. It’s close to the downtown and can walk mostly everywhere. It was a nice stay and staff were friendly.

Passable

I was stayin in Room 1 and close to the reception. And they were extremely loud from early hours which woke me up. they should at least close the door that connects the lobby to the rooms, that way it wouldn't be heard. Additionally my room seemingly was on the otherwide of another room with glass windows, and the light was on, which was distracting and unpleasant.

Was incredible and would definitely recommend.

Very good location in terms of what was around us and what we wanted to do. Staff were very helpful when help was needed.

The view outside of our hotel room overlooked other windows of what I assume were more hotel rooms.

Very good

Helpfulness of the staff, nothing was too much trouble, all issues were solved instantly.

No fridge in the room as stated on the booking, although there were 2 fridges delivered to the property yesterday to amend that.
