Super location, quiet and the organization of apartment and kitchen facilities was great. We also appreciated the responsiveness of the owner. The instructions for entry and using the apartment was very clear and easy to follow.

We would suggest noting in the entry instructions that the "downstairs" switch to turn on/off the stairway light is just outside the door. We figured this out soon enough, but our first trip up was using my cell phone light. The stairs are steep and narrow, no problem for us, but might be for older couples.

This studio is very well located near that Arc de Triumph and Champs-Elysées, and walkable to the Eiffel Tower and Les Invalides. There are cafes and restaurants nearby. The studio is clean and the kitchen is well equipped for preparing food.

You have to climb some narrow stairs to get into the apartment. Also, the door to the shower does not open very wide and was not easy for us to get in and out of (and we are not large people).

Everything was great - location exceptional, you can reach everything by feet and metro is very near aswell. The bed was good and apartment was clean and cosy.

The bathroom needs to be freshened up a bit, new shower head and rug would be nice. But altogether- it was great.

The location es excellent. The studio is very comfortable and with all the commodities you need (fully equipped kitchen, hairdryer, ironing table…). Definitely would 100% recommend it

We have had an amazing stay, the accommodation is very close to the Champs-Elysées and the underground station. There are a lot of shops and restaurants around and the area looks very safe. The accommodation is very tidy, clean and cozy, absolutely recommended to have a beautiful holiday in Paris!

Wonderful apartment, great location and lots of storage space. Great for long stays.
