Comfortably situated at the base of Mount Elden, Flagstaff most prominent feature, this 3BR/2BA mountain home is the perfect destination for your family or group. Star gazing is the scene from anywhere on the property. A private hot tub creates the perfect setting, with mountains & trees by day and stars & sky by night. This affordable retreat sleeps up to 6 in beds. If that is not enough, you can bring your pooch. With a huge fully fenced yard, your family dog will love the freedom. Hot Tub! After a star filled view from the hot tub, come snuggle up to the custom fireplace. For the daytime activities, walk a hundred yards and be secluded at the base of the mountain, surrounded by trees, wildlife and solitude. 10 minutes from downtown 10 minutes from NAU 25 minutes from Arizona Snowbowl ski resort 15 minutes from Flagstaff airport 35 minutes from Sedona 75 minutes from the Grand Canyon 2 hours from Lake Powell *For all stays 10 nights or longer, the cleaning fee will be double the regular amount for a deep clean after guest departure.* This is a pet friendly home. However our policy is: "All Four on the Floor" No pets in beds or on furniture. The violation of this policy can result in additional fees for extra cleaning needed for the home -No Smoking: Evidence of smoking will carry a fine of $500.00 -$25.00 for not departing the home at the designated time of departure. $35.00 for each additional hour after the first hour. -Pet policy: "all 4 on the floor" this means that pets must stay off of all furniture including beds and couches. -Items left at home wanted to be shipped back to owner: Cost of shipping +$50.00 flat fee -No Parties: We have a strict "No-party policy". Fine of $500.00 and guests will be asked to depart from the home immediately. -Please shower before using the hot tub. There will be a $100 fine if hot tub is found dirty. -If early check in is available, it is $100 to check in after 1 pm. If late check out is available, it is $100 to check out at 1pm.

Enjoyed a marvelous four night stay at Mason’s home close to trails of short drive to snowbowl and an even shorter drive to downtown attractions. Great communication from the owner at all times. Love the neighborhood and of course we love the home! Thank you so much Mason!

This is our 2nd time staying in this wonderful cottage. It is comfortable, cozy, and in a great neighborhood. The hot tub is amazing after a day skiing! We will dedicating stay here again!

It was nice and cozy. We had a good rest and downtown was pretty close. The house was just awesome overall and we had plenty of space for the family. Definitely will go back again for winter.

We drove up from Tucson and stayed here during December for a winter getaway to the Grand Canyon, and also to the meteor crater in Winslow. The house was clean and had plenty of room and amenities (cooking utensils, grocery store nearby, etc), neighborhood was quiet, and we especially liked being able to park our Tacoma in the garage overnight. Hot tub was great also.

This house was very very comfortable and super quiet, as was the neighborhood. Loved the Hot Tub and yard. Great central location for all the excursions we did in Northern AZ. And plenty of restaurants near by. Would definitely stay there again.

Loved this stay!
The hot tub makes it. Very clean and peaceful under the stars in the backyard. Kitchen is big and so nice to have the extra bedrooms and space. We played lots of games at the big kitchen table and celebrated a 60th birthday!

Property was clean and spacious with 3 bedrooms and living room. Hot tub was nice after long day of hiking. Flagstaff has many hiking trials close to this house. Also centrally located for day trips to Sedona, Grand Canyon and Page.

Very Comfy / Super Quiet
The house was great. Lots of room and super comfortable. Very quiet neighborhood, we never heard anything.
Hot tub was wonderful, very relaxing after a log day of sight seeing.
The house had everything we needed, would definitely recommend

Great Place / Very Comfortable
This house was very very comfortable and super quiet, as was the neighborhood. Loved the Hot Tub and yard. Great central location for all the excursions we did in Northern AZ. And plenty of restaurants near by. Would definitely stay there again.

Great place for a stay in Flag with a dog!
This property has a great setup for a family and a pooch. The hot tub is super relaxing. The kitchen is very well appointed. The neighborhood is lovely to walk around. We look forward to our next stay!!

We had a great stay at the Swiss Manor in Flagstaff. The house is very spacious, well equipped and the garden and hot tub are a really nice bonus! The contact with Mason, the property manager, went well. Overall a very nice experience!

We loved the house! Great location to everything and very clean. Beds were comfy, hot tub was clean and working great, screened in porch was so nice, and kitchen was great! Loved having laundry machines as well. Checking in early was a little delayed due to cleaning miscommunication but thankfully Mason got it handled and the rest of the stay was exactly what we wanted! The cabinets have lots of coffees and filters left over and people also have left seasonings and oils as they came and went, as did we!

We had a great stay at the Swiss Manor in Flagstaff. The house is very spacious, well equipped and the garden and hot tub are a really nice bonus! The contact with Mason, the property manager, went well. Overall a very nice experience!

Great house and good location for our stay in Flagstaff. Loved the hot tub, yard was great for the dogs, beds were super comfortable and house was immaculate upon check in. We would absolutely stay here again on a future visit to Flagstaff.

This property was perfect! Located in a nice quiet neighborhood with many amenities. The kitchen was fully equipped and modern. Grill was clean and in working condition. Bedrooms were big and comfortable. Lots of hot water and towels. Plenty of room to relax, enjoy tv or visit. Internet was spot on!
The Hot tub was an awesome addition which we enjoyed ever night after a long day hiking.
There was a binder with tons of information and pamphlets about area attractions and restaurants.
Wish we would have had more time!

We had a group of 6 adults stay comfortably here. The house and amenities were beautiful & everything worked well. We loved having the hot tub after long hikes. We chose this house as a central location for a day hike at the Grand Canyon and a couple of days at Sedona, and it was a perfect choice. The neighborhood was quiet and very nice. The house was only a short drive to restaurants and downtown Flagstaff. We would definitely stay here again!

We loved the sun porch and hot tub for our down time at this house. The beds were super comfortable but could use better pillows. Very nice kitchen! Gorgeous stars to look at night. I appreciated the list of places to see in the area especially with the distances included. Maybe add places to eat too?

Great escape
We`ve stayed in many rentals over the years and this property is, by far, one of the best! Communication and check in was fast and easy. House was very clean and the hot tub melted away the days sore muscles. I've come to prefer East Flagstaff due to the ease of getting around, and this property is far enough from the train tacks that there is no unwanted noise. The neighborhood is beautiful, the house is private, and I was able to park in garage. This will definitely be our house of choice for all of our Flagstaff visits!

Appreciated the responsiveness. This was our first VRBO experience and already excited to do it again, because of how great this one was.

Very clean home. Kitchen was well equipped with everything you would need. In a quiet residential neighborhood. There are no restaurants within walking distance, but a short car ride away. Good central location to see all the beautiful sites Arizona has to offer. Our family of four enjoyed our stay at Swiss Manor!
