This home is really nice, very quiet are, spacious, clean. What you see in photos its the same. Richard and Orietta have a special treats that my kids love it. The best thing is closer to Lackland AFB, so we are not rushing for my son’s BMT graduation. If ever we will need to comeback here in San Antonio, I will love to stay here again and for sure I will recommend this place. Thank you again Richard and Orietta for accommodating us with your beautiful home.

House was very nice and clean. It was exactly as described and the distances to local attractions were accurate.

This was one of the best experiences we have had with a vacation rental. The host thought of everything needed to make our stay easy. The home had everything we needed from garbage bags, to sandwich bags. He even provided snacks and refreshments for our arrival. Nice touch!! The kitchen was well stocked. We were so pleased. Our host was very responsive and accommodating. I will certainly keep this property in my favorites.

We had a great stay here and would definitely rent again. Richard (our host) was very responsive and helpful. This is a great compromise if you’re looking for a spacious home in a part of San Antonio where the lot sizes are bigger. The pool and hot tub were added bonuses.

The Richard John house was perfect for our group. Richard was easy to communicate with and quick to respond to any questions. I would highly recommend this home to anyone visiting the San Antonio area.

We came fown for my sons Air Force BMT graduation. The house had enough room for all 6 of us plus when my son was able to visit. The owners we awesome and left us some goodies that my son absolutes loved. Great place to relax and spend time together.

Loved the place. Had a party and invited friends. They loved the pool. Sucks the Hot Tub wasn’t working. We wanted to use it all weekend

The house was perfect for our stay to see our son graduate from basic training. Great location close to everything, yet on a nice quiet street with wildlife.

My stay was fine my brothers and sisters were satisfied. a few suggestions: 1) The pool could not be used because of algae (greenish in the water) and no Clorox was present to fix that. Meaning even with that heat wave we could not used the pool. 2) Suggestion: a) Have pool towels for the pool area and uniform color. b) Bathroom towels should be hanged properly in each bathroom and not to be washed by guest after usage. They should be disposed in a hamper somewhere by the washing machine. c) The sheets of the bed should not be the responsibility of the guess to remove.

We enjoyed our stay in the home. The neighbors were friendly and the area is very quiet. The house was also clean, and the hot tub and pool were nice ! There were snacks for us, clean towels, utensils, pots, dishes, everything was was clean. We were minutes from the Riverwalk, Fiesta Texas and the airport (I had to pick my husband up because he’s working in Iowa and flew in to meet us. I love the house and will definitely book it again ! My family had an awesome vacation and the house and host were amazing! House was very clean and close to a lot of attractions and shopping. The in ground pool was a high point for the whole family especially in the extreme heat this summer

It was great it was quiet the pool we enjoyed so very much by our youngest granddaughter because she loves the swim. The only thing I would have liked was for the master to be down stairs.

Great place to stay! The beds were comfy (a little loud if you have any sensitive sleepers they may be a little grumpy about that)! The fire alarms were dying and we were able to message them about it and they came to fix it that day. There were some wasp nests that were missed by pest control and he called them and asked them to come the next day! They were very responsive. We would stay here again.

There were 6 of us staying at the home. It is spacious, but the pool was really more important as we were spending time at a family reunion much of the time. We didn't cook at the house although there seemed to plenty of cookware and appliances that were in great shape.

We love this house, pool and location. Plus excellent property management. We will be back…

Enjoyed the stay. Three day golf event with friends. Richard was very efficient and prompt to respond.

We had a family gathering with seniors 64-80 with mobility issues some of which increased after our booking. Stairs became an issue for most of us. I wouldn’t necessarily suggest this as a senior getaway. Not the fault of the owner, we were aware that they were there. The house and yard was clean and spacious and accommodating for our needs. The pool was beautiful but due to weather we were unable to use it. Richard was quickly available for a minor tv problem. All in all it was a very nice property.

The pool, the hot tub the spacious bedrooms and living areas are all amazing! Last person who stayed there left food in the oven and it wasn't found during the cleaning. But that's not R and O's fault. We've stayed here before and love this place. I may bring a really good, sharp 👨‍🍳 knife next time because we like to cook big meals. But the kitchen has practically everything we needed. Look forward to coming back.
