Very close to heavenly. The condo was clean and well maintained. The property manager communicated very well throughout our stay.

First I want to say that our overall experience was fantastic! Excellent communication from Vacasa. The check-in process was very smooth and convenient. About the condo...we have stayed at Lakeland Village many times over the last few decades and this is one of the nicer units I have stayed at. The unit is nicely furnished and clean. As a family of 4, having two twin beds on the loft was very convenient! WiFi was solid plus a newer good size TV. I would stay here again if the opportunity presents itself.

Overall great experience. Property is clean and in a great location.

Our family had multiple units that were each unique and yet the same. There are many sizes to choose from. The property is clean and fun. The sprinklers did run all day and managed to get us all wet!
Traffic to town can be horrid so use the free shuttle if you can.

This place has a great location and we all had a great time visiting. That being said, we were there when it was hotter than normal and the ac could not keep up. Unusual circumstances. Much fun was still had and our daughter got engaged on the beach, memories will be treasured forever!

This place is in a nice area and complex has good amenities. Easy walking to restaurants and shops. This unit is slightly well loved in some areas, and the second bath (which is right next to the other bathroom) is tiny and difficult to maneuver. Otherwise, it was a great stay!

The best feature was location, very convenient. Access to beach, restaurants, shops. Very clean unit but older design.

Overall a good stay. Only one small issue the thermostat located in the dining area that controls the furnace may need new batteries. It wasn’t communicating with the furnace constantly.

This just wasn’t a great set up. The condos are built like a tree house with the kitchen and living room on the second floor and kids bedroom on a third. It is a very loud place. You can hear everything on the other floors. We were also lucky enough to have a great big outside pole light outside our bedroom window and a hard mattress. The pros are a pretty good location, no view of the lake though and well furnished and maintained. Do not ever use the scooters outside. $350 charge for a couple rides of 4 of us, and it automatically preloads your app with money from your account. Total rip off. Parking is limited and we didn’t find out until check in we weren’t allowed even one guest. Since we were here for a wedding that stunk.

Beautiful area- beach was so close and great for all water sports. 2 nice pools. Wonderful amenities. Condo was very clean. Kitchen stocked with essentials. A little hot with not enough fans and no A/C. Needs better pillows and pillow cases were not available.

Location, location, location!! You won’t even need a vehicle because you’re right on the water. Yes the decor and furniture are old and outdated and the bathroom situation is strange but functional! We do wish they would invest a little bit into updated functional furniture (pull out couch was broken and so uncomfortable) but overall we spent so much time at the beach anyway that we felt it outweighed the out dated furniture and decor!

The facilities and location are great. But they condo we had was run down. Beware of bathroom; tub is going to go they sub floor one day. Toilets need repairs…. That’s if you can squeeze into them. Overall I rent at the property again, but buyer beware some units are old.

We had our annual girls weekend at this cute little condo. Close to the private beach. Unfortunately, we didn't find out till the last minute that the pool and hot tub were closed due to covid. Communication could have been better on these types of issues. There is no bbq so that was unfortunate but all in all we had a great time! Whole Foods was right across the street so that was great. Walking distance to cute shops and starbucks. I give it two thumbs up! :)

Very small condo on not so private dirty beach
This is a very outdated condo with dirty wall paper and cracked bathroom flooring. The oven was not installed property, there is a big gap between three oven and the wall. The only room is on the main floor and the kitchen is on the second floor. Both bathrooms are on the first floor and there isn’t master bath. Its max capacity is 6 people but there is only 4 dining chairs in the kitchen and 2 outdoor chair on a very small deck. It doesn’t have any pans to cook with and very limited amount t of utensils. There is no lighting in the living room. It is listed as a water front property but the unit itself is 5 minute walk to the beach and there is no lake view. The so called private beach is not private and is crowded and is very dirty with garbage and poop. You step on goose poop every single step and water is pretty chubby. There is no pool and sauna and no laundry facility onsite. It is overall the worst property we ever stayed in.

We booked our reservation through HomeAway/Vacasa. I received instructions for entering the property but when I arrived the key code was not for the front door and did not workfor the amenities (we couldn’t even get into the bathroom at the pool house after a 2.5 hour drive.) We tried to call Vacasa (at the number provided in the confirmation letter) and were on holdfor 45 minutes. We also texted housekeeping but did not get a response until late that night. Luckily, a very kind security guard at the Lakeland RnR complex came by. She went back to the security office and found a local Vacasa contact for us and even called from her phone so we could get the passcode for the front door. The local contact was very kind and apologetic (I don’t blame her for the issue.) She explained that because of Covid-19 they had removed the front door codes from the confirmations and should have added them back in AND should have asked us to go to the local office for check-in. I wish this was the only problem. In addition to being stuck outside for an hour after check-in time, we discovered that we had no hot water late that first night. We contacted housekeeping first thing in the morning but maintenance was so busy with emergencies at other properties that they couldn’t come until almost noon. The maintenance staff were great and got the heater going (it really needs to be replaced) but it ate up the first half of our only full day in Tahoe. Obviously, reopening after the Covid-19 shutdown came with a lot of issues. I hope they get them worked out quickly for the next guests. Everyone locally was amazing (property manager - Deanna, housekeeping, maintenance - Jared, and RnR security - Chloe). Had they not been so kind and helpful the trip might not have been salvageable. Please note that this listing states that the condo sleeps 5 but the couch is not a comfortable place to sleep. It really sleeps 4. The location is amazing and access to the private beach was awesome. The pool and hot tub look nice and once open they will add to the overall stay quality. The condo was clean but all except the master bedroom are a bit outdated and could use some sprucing up.
