Pros: fairly clean, new apartment, basic amenities provided, on the edge of downtown but it is a walkable distance to front street/downtown, short bike ride/drive to the commons, large/firm mattress which was comfortable, easy check in process and good communication, built in ice maker in freezer, bike racks available. Good for a couple due to the one bedroom.
Cons:the parking situation is awful and confusing. There are very few spots in the designated lot so we had to park in the structure which ended up costing more than $20 max per day as the description had said. Luckily we got a spot in the lot for the remaining 2 days of the trip, otherwise could have ended up spending more than $100 on parking alone. The actual apartment has some construction issues that make it feel like it was hastily built and not with quality or care: laundry doors don’t close, bathroom door did not close all the way making it impossible to lock, the left side of closet door would not open at all, the towel rack in the bathroom kept falling off, toilet paper rack looks like it was about to fall off. There was minimal furniture/decore or places to put clothing other than the closet, metal barstools and metal table for dining were uncomfortable, couch was sinking and not very comfortable.
Overall it was okay. Personally I would not stay here again, especially for the price and the parking situation and lack of attention to detail/comfort.

We stayed at this condo for a weekend away to explore TC and escape our kids...it was perfect! The location is excellent- walkable to Front Street, but also with restaurants within a 2 minute walk. New & comfortably furnished, we were very happy with our stay. Thank you!

We had several questions about our reservation. We sent multiple messages via different avenues, but never heard back from the owner.

This was our second time stay at one of the Capri properties and it is the perfect spot for any traverse city trip! Walkable distance to many shops and restaurants.

Modern condominium, well appointed. Especially appreciated the size of the kitchen and the shower. Bed was comfortable, plenty of clean towels. Loved the location. One drawback; the size of the parking lot for the complex as a whole is rather small. Communication with rental agency was excellent and very prompt for all questions.

The condo that we stayed in was good, but tha ad said that it was on the 3rd floor. They did reach out to try to accommodate us ,but we still stayed on the second floor.
I understand this covid thing, but if you continue to have the guests do the dishes and laundry you should reduce your cleaning fees and or the service fee.

good location, but being unable to use t.v., having dirty laundry, sponge, and getting no response from owner or agent after several tries. would not recommend this unit.

Great location! Free parking lot connected to building for free. The condo buildings and unit were brand new, perfectly appointed layout, and had all the basic essentials.

Highly satisfied with our stay. The condo was extremely clean and nicely decorated. Was a bit smaller than looks in pictures but plenty of closet/storage space if you have 4 people for everyone’s things. Just a couple blocks from downtime or to the water. It was also quiet, could not hear neighbors. We would stay again. Thank you.
