Nestled in Hilton Head Island, this lovely house for R 20,362 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. Welcome to 7 Painted Bunting Road! This five bedroom, five and half bathroom home can sleep up to twenty guests. It is located third row ocean in Sea Pines - just steps away from the beautiful beaches of Hilton Head Island! This spacious home just completed 2021 off-season renovations and redecorating. Updates include the addition of a 5th bedroom with a set of built-in twin-xl bunks and a comfortable built-in queen-size dormer bed complete with a private en-suite bathroom; an expanded pool deck to accommodate outdoor dining and adding space for additional chaise loungers plus an outdoor television on the covered porch that can be viewed from the saltwater pool and spa; new living room, family room, and dining room furniture; the addition of two new beverage fridges to the wet bar and a built-in ice maker just off the kitchen. Check out the private saltwater pool and spa. As long as the temperature doesn't fall below 55 degrees, you are all set to enjoy FREE pool & spa heat typically March through May & September through October (depending on outdoor temperatures). This home can comfortably accommodate larger groups with spacious bedrooms, multiple living spaces, and expanded seating for dining! **BEDDING CONFIGURATION** • Bedroom 1: King (Master, 1st Floor, Flat Screen TV, Private Bath) • Bedroom 2: King (2nd Floor, Flat Screen TV, Private Bath) • Bedroom 3: King + Sleeper Sofa (2nd Floor, Flat Screen TV, Adjacent Bath) • Bedroom 4: Two Queens + Twin Daybed w/ Trundle (2nd Floor, Flat Screen TV, Private Bath) • Bedroom 5: Built-In Queen & Twin Bunk + Queen Sleeper Sofa (2nd Floor, Flat Screen TV, Private Bath) **ADDITIONAL INFORMATION** • Distance to Beach: 3rd Row Ocean • Pool & Spa Info: The saltwater pool and spa are able to be heated seasonally only. Neither will heat if the temperatures drop below 55 degrees at any point during your stay. Typically this means you can heat the pool and spa with the electric heater from March through May and again September through October. To confirm heat, please reach out to Coastal Home and Villa at least two weeks prior to your arrival. • 4,474 Square Feet • Fully Equipped Kitchen, Regular Drip Coffee Maker & Keurig, Crockpot, Two Beverage Coolers • Washer/Dryer, Wireless Internet, Gas Grill • Two Living Areas • Ten Beach Towels • Paying guest reservations staying between 4-27 nights will receive a $250 VayK Life beach/bike gear credit. This will be emailed to you after making a reservation and is valid for VayK Life rentals only. • Parking: There is parking available at the home for up to six cars max. Parking passes are an additional $17/pass per week. The garage is not available for guest use.

We absolutely loved this home! We had a group of 10 people and everyone had ample space to cook, eat and hang out together but also plenty of bedrooms. The kids (and adults) had a great time in the pool, riding bikes and watching the outdoor TV. The house is less than a 5 minute walk to the beautiful quiet beach. Located about 1/2 mile walk (or bike ride) to the Salty Dog. The house was clean and beautiful! The manager left us clear instructions (everything we needed to know!) and was super responsive when we couldn't locate a remote control for one of the TVs. We would definitely recommend this home and would love to return again!

Decorated. Great communication w Coastal in the rental. Two areas of Opportunity especially for the price. 1. The pool was very dirty when we arrived. Called for service and they came Promptly but wasn’t clean and clear again until the day before departure. We could swim in it but ewww. For this price no excuses. Second, we should be able to leave keys in home on departure. Tracking down Your rental Office is annoying. Again for this price should Be convenient to us not you. Overall tho wonderful rental.

The property is beautiful and very well maintained with ample amenities. We particularly enjoyed the in-home/pool sound system, the large family-size dining table, the fully-stocked kitchen (with lovely china:), and proximity to both the beach and the Salty Dog shopping area.
The management company was particularly helpful when our son left his favorite action figures in one of the bedrooms. They were tracked down promptly and shipped back within the day. The customer service was impeccable.
I highly recommend this beautiful home!
