Located in Pensacola, this charming house for R 3,770 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. Wonderful home in the heart of Pensacola. With an open floor plan and big spaces, this is a perfect place to gather! The master suite is vast, with a king size bed and a walk-in closet with plenty of room to store the suitcases. The ensuite encompasses two showers so that cleaning up after a day at the beach will be a breeze! There are two bedrooms in addition to the master suite, one of which is quite large. With its own living room area, mini fridge and private entry, this would be the perfect place for the guests that want to do their own thing. The backyard is completely fenced in, perfect for pets and kiddos. The screened in porch has multiple ceiling fans and an outdoor dining table that seats 6. It's a great place to have a morning cup of coffee, or enjoy a great dinner together. Conveniently located about 15 minutes from Downtown Pensacola where you'll find some great bars, restaurants and entertainment. For our military friends, we are a 30 minute drive to Whiting Field and 25 minutes from NAS Pensacola. If you're looking to get your toes sandy, we're about a 25 minute drive to Pensacola Beach. 15 minutes to Downtown, 20 minutes to Pace, Milton or Cantonment. Easy access to I-10 in less than 5 minutes! This house is centrally located and makes getting anywhere in the area a breeze!

Love the house and great location I did lived in Pensacola area for over 26 years and because of family problems I had to relocate back to my old home place so I new the layout of the town and the home was in a great location my only problem and it’s a small one is the shower’s getting in and out I’m 5’ and 72 years old my legs just wasn’t long enough but the older shower work great again loved the home and I hope on my next trip back the dates will be available so I can stay again I will tell my all friends about your home

Our first trip to Pensacola after our son and his family moved here. The property was very clean and convenient to our son’s home and other places like grocery stores and restaurants. The screened in porch was great for reading a book or cocktails.

We're older, so bathrooms could have used comfort height toilets and/or grab bars, but we enjoyed the space. We were there in December, so weather wasn't very warm, but would love it there in spring & fall. Owner was delightful.

Love the large screen-in porch! The living room is comfortable and a great place to unwind in the evening. We only used the master bedroom which was very nice. We cooked in every night. Easy drive to downtown and the beach area. Overall highly recommend.

The property was just as described. They think of everything you would need for your stay. We made a trip to the local Walmart for food and snacks. Neighborhood was quiet and relaxing. We are thinking of planning another stay. Best property we have ever stayed in. We had complete privacy, and the screened in patio was really enjoyed.

Our family of 4 had such a wonderful time at this home ! The location was convenient to everything we wanted to do. We enjoyed the screened in porch and the privacy of each of the large bedrooms. Would definitely stay here again when visiting Pensacola. The Crawfish festival was awesome and we LOVED the Brown Bagger food truck. Such a fun little place !

I traveled back to Pensacola to visit my grandchildren, as well as brought a grandchild along to see her cousins. The house was perfect for our family get-together, as it was very clean, spacious, the kitchen was wonderfully stocked with pots & pans, glasses & plates, cooking & eating utensils, and even had paper products, cleaning supplies & some non-perishables. Very convenient, as well as a time-saver! The location is very close to shopping, the airport, & the beach is only about 20-25 minutes away, with a very direct route. The owners were extremely easy to work with, & very responsive. I’ve used VRBO several times visiting Pensacola, & this was by far the best rental I’ve experienced . I would highly recommend it to anyone looking to relax with family & enjoy all Pensacola has to offer!

We had a perfect stay at this property. The house is spacious, clean, and included a long list of amenities. The hosts were incredibly accommodating, kind, and very responsive. Property is close to the airport and had everything we could have wanted and more. I would highly recommend staying here.

We truly enjoyed our stay, very clean, spacious, enjoyed the screen porch, great fenced area for the dog, garage was a plus for our car, well stocked in every way. Two large bedrooms are split on other side of home from the huge master. Safe, easy to navigate area, and a very short ride to the airport. The owners were thoughtful and accommodating in answering emails. It was an easy self-entry, with three very comfortable beds, also. Great stay, thank you!

We had a 12 day reservation. Home was very spacious, nicely decorated and well stocked. Owner was very communicative prior to checking in as well as during our stay which ended up being only 2-3 days. Home was clean except for garage which was filthy. On our third day, (first time using dryer)-dryer wasn't working which owner was responsive to in getting someone to come out later in the week to fix. Also on our second night and third day, we began hearing loud noises which ended up being live animals in the walls and/or attic, and I immediately made owner aware by text and a phone conversation, and told her we would not be able to stay if unable to get immediate attention to the matter. We were concerned about them getting into the home and our safety and health due to this. Since pest control was unable to come out until 5 days later, (was notified by text within a couple hours) we vacated, and attempted to let owner know before we left,but wasn't responsive to my phone calls, texts or messages thought VRBO. Owner was prompt to responding to the dryer and animal issues, but waiting 5 days for pest control to see what was going on in home with live animals in walls/attic was not acceptable to us.Owner admitted they had this issue when they lived in the home and thought it was resolved. Owner initially was refusing to refund us for our unused stay, but eventually did refund us on the day the pest control company was due to be there. Again, home was nice, owners responsive until we vacated and my attempts to discuss situation .

Just what we needed

We needed a place to return to after long days of work on a house in the area. This house has large open spaces, comfortable beds, and is located near a really good local brewery! Bonus! Also really love the skylight in the master bath. Couple repairs that are needed we were told about the day of our checkin. I wish them all the best getting those fixed as I am personally well aware of how hard it is to get repairs done these days.
