Located in Pensacola, this attractive house for R 2,737 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. Enjoy staying in Pensacola's most convenient location, the unique East Hill neighborhood. Minutes from Downtown, the Airport, Shopping, Restaurants, PLUS only 9 1/2 miles to Pensacola Beach's sugar white sands. There are several restaurants, a bakery, and two salons within a few blocks. There's also a Publix Grocery store in the neighborhood for added convenience. Bayview Park offers boat ramps, picnic areas, playground equipment, tennis courts, and a waterfront dog park. East Hill has several City Parks, some with playgrounds, basketball courts, baseball diamonds. It's a great neighborhood for walks, or jogging. You're welcome to park your boat at the house, and you can launch it at Bayview Park, or at the 17th Ave launch, both less than 5 minutes away. We offer Fast Wifi, You Tube TV with over 70 channels, with a 50” Smart TV, USB outlets, Laundry Facilities, Gas Grill, Games & more. This is a cozy home with plenty of room for your family. You'll have the whole home except one locked supply closet. Furnished with a King Bed in one bedroom and a Queen bed in the other. There is also a Daybed with trundle (2 twins) in the sunroom, which also has the laundry equipment. This is a great space for 2 children to sleep. MAXIMUM occupancy is 6, with a preference of no more than 4 adults (for your comfort). A tankless water heater insures everyone will get a hot shower. Our home is completely sanitized between each guest. You'll have exclusive use of the backyard, gas grill, patio table with seating. This home has no dishwasher or disposal. We will provide everything needed to wash by hand and disposable plates/cups if desired. This is a NON-SMOKING PROPERTY. We are eco-friendly and the house is climate controlled with the Max heat setting of 74 and the Low Cool setting of 72. Your vacation rental includes: Bath and Bed Linens ~Hand soap, Bath soap ~ Starter supplies are provided. Supplies provided to get you started include toilet paper, Kleenex, paper towels, trash bags, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher pods, & laundry detergent. Publix Grocery store is within 1 mile for any additional items you may need. Hurricane season runs from June 1 to November 30. We follow an our cancellation policy and do not issue refunds unless The National Weather Service or local government authorities order mandatory evacuations. We strongly encourage our guests to buy travel insurance for coverage in the instance that interruptions force your stay to be canceled. Additionally, Florida weather can be unpredictable; in the event of loss of power and/or internet, or any other "out of our control" situation due to local storms, we will not grant refunds. We are DOG friendly, no cats, due to extreme allergies. Must be up to date on vaccines and flea/tick treatments. Max 2 dogs. 50 lb. max. $75 per Dog. if 2 dogs, a separate request will be sent through the platform. Can not be on our insurance company's "dangerous dogs" list. You will need to bring a crate, and dogs must be kept in the crate when left without a human. Dog waste must be picked up daily, and placed in the garbage in tied bags. Failure to do so will result in additional cleaning fees. We do require pre-approval and a separate pet agreement. The City of Pensacola has a leash law. Please be mindful of that when outside. You are responsible for any injury or loss to your pet. IF PLANNING TO BRING A DOG, MESSAGE US BEFORE BOOKING.

Milly was very quick to communicate and was very helpful with setting us up in the house when there was an unforeseen issue before check in that was out of her control. She was very understanding when we had a foul-up on our end with check-in. Thank you for letting us stay. The house was great and the location was key. Great spot for children with playgrounds all around.

The property is as advertised. Cute and clean house in a quiet neighborhood. Large backyard with free games provided! Check-in process surprisingly simple and the hosts respond to any questions in less than 5 minutes! Much better than any hotel and it is awesome having separate rooms for everyone to relax! Location is good for whatever activities you're wanting to do in the surrounding area. Definitely want to come back next year for hopefully 2 weeks! Thank you Milly and Doug! ❤️

Our oldest daughter graduated from Pensacola Christian College, and we opted to stay at this VRBO, as we are from Iowa. What a wonderful home! It was extraordinarily clean, beautifully furnished and decorated and had an absolutely wonderful charm. It is a very, very well persevered and cared for home. Strolling through the yard and going for our morning jogs through the East Hill Neighborhood was a joy. Folks living in that area obviously take great pride in their neighborhood. The homes and yards in the neighborhood are very unique and tidy. Our youngest daughter was amazed at the canopy of trees over many of the streets. Our host Milly was very responsive and provided great information about the area. We will likely visit again in the future, and I will definitely seek out this home again for future stays.

This location has all the amenities and comfort of a Home away from Home. The host communicated and keep me informed. The house is clean as a whistle. I will visit Pensacola again and stay right here. Thank you Miley and Doug we had a blast!

Location, location, location!

Location, location, location!

We had a wonderful time in Pensacola and our rental was part of that. We were conveniently located to everything we wanted to do and eat. The rental exceeded our expectations for cleanliness, location, and amenities. The washer and dryer were so helpful. I was able to do several loads of laundry which kept us from having to take home wet, sandy clothes. If I had a complaint, it would be the amount of bath towels provided. I had to wash them multiple times to have enough but it wasn't a problem. We would highly recommend this rental as well as Bonelli's, East Hill Market, Lucy's, and Hot Spot BBQ. Our least favorite restaurant was The Fish House. It wasn't horrible but dlfot the wait and food quality, we had better meals. One of the locals recommended Joe Patti's for fresh seafood but we ran out of time. Next visit maybe.😉 Use Goretro tours to get out to NAS and watch the Blue Angels practice and go to the museum. That was awesome. Do a nighttime Segway tour through Emerald Coast Tours (ask for Rick-he's a hoot), & take a fishing charter with Captain Gene (Keepin It Wet Fishing Charter). We also had two great beach days! Stop at the public beach access right before you enter Gulf Island Seashore. Not crowded and the water was awesome. A local recommended Opal Beach but, alas, we ran out of time for that too. Thank you to our hosts for a great family vacation. We'll be back.

Calypso House is in a beautiful part of Pensacola called East Hill. It is a lovely area where many people have cute little signs that say "I Love Living in East Hill" It's 10 minutes to downtown and 15-20 minutes to the beaches. The house is spacious and has a really nice flow to it and has so much charm. It's amazing how the bathroom looks new even though it is the original tile and fixtures from 30's when it was built. The house has all the charm of being an older home, but is sparkling and spotless. There is also a comfortable outside sitting area. We slept in the main bedroom and the mattress was excellent. The bedrooms are large and airy with big closets and ceiling fans. There is a fabulous sunroom with a daybed and a laundry area. If you came here with your family and children you would have ample room for everyone. Calypso House is located in our favorite neighborhood in Pensacola. It is close to everything. It is charming and sparkling clean. Milly and Doug live close by and are extremely responsive. We love to cook and the kitchen is very easy to work in and well equipped. Definitely worth 5 stars!

Exceptionally clean and well-stocked home. Close to all the Pensacola attractions: beach, restaurants, shopping, and Naval Base. My wife and enjoyed our stay I this quant home in a very quiet, established neighborhood. One can feel like a local here, while enjoying the city. Highly recommend and will definitely book again!

We absolutely loved staying at the Calypso house. It was a short drive to the beach and centrally located. The neighborhood is so quiet and I loved taking walks and looking at all the old beautiful houses and the beautiful big oak trees .
