We loved this cozy condo overlooking the pool with a terrific view of the river. The condo was equipped with everything you would need, which was so appreciated. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the dolphins, boats and ships going by. This end of Tybee Island is much quieter and slow pace which we liked very much. Thank you!

The property was just as described. It was clean and was decorated nicely. The bed was awesome, the best 5 night's sleep I have gotten in a long time. Balcony view was great, and we truly enjoyed watching the dolphins play. The building itself was always clean. I really do not have any complaints except maybe a few more wash clothes. That was not a big deal though we purchased . them and some hangers at the local store. I was skeptical of the iron because I knew it was a way older model but it was awesome. They do not make them that good anymore. On the last day we did find the switch that turned the light on over the kitchen sink. The switch was hidden by the coffee pot. LOL that was on us for not moving it. We enjoyed our stay and if we do return again to Tybee Island, I know where we will stay! Thanks, Melba, for your hospitality and for allowing us to stay in your condo!

Perfect location. Very clean easy check in and check out. Only thing I could say is they need a new lock for the door the key needs to manipulated a lot back and forth to get the door to open. Otherwise excellent for the price.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had an amazing time!! The room smelled so fresh and clean! Cool air was on point all week!!!! Great location! Only issue was the tub and it really wasn't that big of a deal. Drain was really slow. Me being the DIY cleaner found some baking powder and lime juice mixed with a little dawn and boiling water, fixed it right up! Drains perfectly now! One recommendation though. Since we were so close to the pool it would be nice if ppl using the pool would keep the music turned down. Overall we had a wonderful week and would definitely stay here again!

We loved staying here! We were on our honeymoon and have never been here. The room was exactly as pictured and perfect for two people. Every day we saw dolphins in the ocean from our balcony. It was so quiet and peaceful. There were other people around us but it was still so quiet. You can walk to the pool and beach in a couple of minutes. They are both right outside your room. We rented bikes and the bike company just put our bikes at the bike rack and picked them up before we left. We got our key from a lockbox and there was instant text communication from the condo workers if we needed anything they responded right away. The only thing is we couldn’t find the elevator and didn’t think there was one until we were close to leaving the condo we found out there was one at the other end. We didn’t mind the stairs but to take our luggage up when we got there was a lot to do. We did find it before we left so my husband used it then. There are so many shops and places to eat within walking distance. There’s quiet back roads with minimal traffic so it’s super nice to walk or bike. We also spent time in the mornings waking the beach and getting seashells. This place was beautiful. If you want something more rowdy you can go to the other side of the island but we loved coming back to a peaceful place. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

The place was well located with a fabulous view. It was great fun watching the shrimp boats and the dolphins playing around them. The unit was well equipped and the communication with the property manager was excellent ( there was a several hour long power outage on the island), and there was a medical emergency with my friend. My only suggestion is that the living room couch and chair are in need of replacement.

The condo was great for just the two of us. The location and views were also great. When I contacted the property manager by text, they were very quick to reply. I would definitely rent here again. My only negative comments would be that the ceiling fan in the bedroom needs replacing. The bedroom was very small and the fan was older and loud. Also, in the condo below us on the first floor, the people who checked in on our last day were smoking on their balcony. The smoke came up to us and we could not sit on our balcony and had to shut our door. There are signs all over the property that it is a smoke free complex so that was disappointing. All and all it was a great vacation and I would recommend it to others.

The bathtub was plastic, and portions of tub bowed as you stepped on them. It was fine for us for a few days, but not sure I’d rent it again.

This property is great! North beach is beautiful and we enjoyed lots of time sitting on the balcony watching dolphins and ships pass. The beach itself is not crowded and is peaceful. Perfect place for reading and sunning.

My niece and I too a short trip for her birthday, first time to Tybee! The condo was exactly as described! Walking distance to food and shops! The property manager put flowers and balloon on the table, was great to see my niece's face in surprise! We will be returning!!

We loved the quiet beach on the north end of the island. Lots of great local restaurants within a few minutes drive from the condo. The only recommendations would be a few hooks/towel racks in the bathroom to hang bath and hand towels on and hooks on the balcony for wet items to dry. Keyless entry would be helpful, as I walked up a few times from the beach and forgot to bring the key,

We enjoyed 6 days of just relaxing. The condo was big enough and the view from the balcony was just great. We had a tiny little issue with the bathtub but is was corrected very quickly by the property management. Everything was very clean. The only not so good part was the air conditioner on the roof just above the bedroom. We did some excursions and a lot of relaxing.
