It’s a 1 minute drive or 5 minute walk to the front of the entrance (Margaritaville). There you will find all the shopping, entertainment and restaurants you will need during your stay - all within walking distance. Take a walk or go fishing on Russell-Fields Pier, just across the street. It’s known as one of two longest piers on the Gulf, walking you out 1500 feet into the dazzling water. This property is amazing and couldn't be more perfect for our family. We have rented this house several times, and will be back - it always exceeds expectations! Everything is clean and so well appointed. Rhiannon and Kyle are awesome to work with. :)

Cannot say enough good things about the condo or host. The condo is not only beautiful, but the location is perfect in regards to Pier Park, fishing, and beach access. Would definitely recommend!

We had a great time while staying at the orange oasis. You can’t ask for a better location within walking distance to allot of shops and restaurants. The location on the beach is perfect and never crowded throughout our entire stay. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to others as a place to bring their family for vacation.

Plenty of room for my husband, 2 boys(11 & 8), my mom, and I! This house was just as it’s pictured on their site! Which was huge to us after staying at other beach houses over the years and places not looking like what they did in the site. “OO” was spot on! I absolutely loved the decor through out the house. And the cleaning service they have did a wonderful job as it was spotless! They had a big box in the carport filled with beach toys & boogie boards and great beach chairs for our beach days! (Which = less we had to pack) We had the pleasure of meeting the owners and they were our kind of people! Nice, friendly, and truly cared that we had everything we needed for our stay. They honestly thought of everything! Even had extra shower curtain rods in the bathrooms for hanging up your wet bathing suits! There seriously is nothing I can think of that could make it better! It was a very short walk to the beach with the nicest beach access we’ve ever seen or been to. (Great for those beach wagons) The pool was so refreshing after the beach or just when the weather didn’t cooperate for a beach day.
We are already talking about our next PCB vacation and booking this same house!!!!

The Orange Oasis was there perfect location for our group of 6. (Age range 17- 50) The walk to beach was 3 minutes and restaurants at Pier Park a 5 minute walk. The only thing we bought for the beach was a pop up tent due to we had 6 of us and the umbrella provided wouldn’t have been large enough. Beach chairs provided were great. House was clean and in good condition. Very cute beach decor. Description of property is spot on. Thanks so much for sharing your home, it was one of the best places we have stayed while visiting the beach. Owners were an absolute pleasure to work with.

Best House and Best Location in Panama City Beach! We have been coming to PCB for years and The Orange Oasis is the place to be. It is within walking distance to the main attractions and right across from the beach. The house is beautiful, clean and has everything you need. The beds are comfortable and each room has their own bathroom. Our children loved the bunkbed room. We have already booked our next vacation at The Orange Oasis this summer. We highly recommend.

This house is perfect! Pristine and beautiful. The beds are SO comfortable and the house just feels like home. It has everything you need! The location is exceptional, we walked everywhere. Cross the street to what seems like a private beach, walk less than 5 mins to the entrance of Pier Park. It’s right across the street from Russel-Fields Pier which is so amazing and there are grocery stores and any store you could ask for just mins away. This is the prime location. We truly couldn’t have picked a better house. We LOVE the double “O” and can’t wait to stay there again.

We came to PCB for a football tournament and to enjoy the white sandy beaches. We absolutely hit the jackpot with the Orange Oasis. The upper floor was the perfect space to cook, eat, hang out and enjoy the view of the beach. We were able to walk over to Pier Park to shop then we took a walk out on the pier. It was a bit cool for PCB but the beauty of the white sandy beaches and the clear turquoise water was worth the walk. The bedrooms were perfect for our needs. We had my daughter and son in law with their 3 month old and the baby did not sleep through the night. But because they were on the first floor and everyone else was on the second floor she did not wake up the whole house.
The host was great about checking on us and responding to questions. We love PCB and now we love the Double O!!! 5 stars!!!

This home is beautifully updated and decorated tastefully! It was perfect for our large family and the location was great. The views from the balcony were amazing. We could easily walk to the beach and Pier Park was just a quick walk even for our young granddaughters. The home had literally everything we needed! Plenty of dishes, supplies, towels, etc. The beds were all comfortable.
The owner was wonderful and checked in with us during the week and was also easily accessible when we had a question.
Highly recommend this beautiful home and we hope to return again!

Our sons and families from Tennessee joined us at the Orange Oasis for the Pirate Festival at Pier Park. The house was perfect for our three generations. It was very convenient to all the activities at Pier Park as well as the beautiful Gulf of Mexico.
The most impressive part of our experience was the kind attention we received from the owners, Kyle and Rhiannon Lewis.

This location can not be beat!!! It is in walking distance to Pier Park. The home is beautiful!! Updated and decorated beautifully!! The home was clean and ready to receive guest. The owners checked in to see how things were going during our stay. Definitely recommend and would stay again.

We had a fabulous visit! Beautiful place; exactly as described. Very clean and new. Decor is tasteful beachy😊 with new furniture throughout. My crew loved cooking and gabbing and Orange Oasis provided all the accommodations and tools to make that happen. The pool is perfectly sized and place of many sun soaked conversations. For the beach, Rhiannon and Kyle provided a bin stuffed with beach gear for all ages. .Panama City’s beautiful beach is steps away or can be enjoyed from OO’s third floor balcony. Rhiannon and Kyle have created a beautiful beach destination. I highly recommend.

From the day we arrived to the day we left we had absolutely the best time. The house was gorgeous, clean, and decorated so cute. It was stocked with everything we could need to make lunch and dinner when we decided not to head out. The location was perfect for our family. We spent the mornings and evenings on the beach watching the beautiful sunrise/sunsets. The view from the 3rd floor is sooo good. A few times we caught glimpses of dolphins playing in the ocean from the balcony. It was a quick walk to Pier Park to do some shopping which was a favorite activity for our daughter. All the beach extras (chairs, sand toys, etc) were provided which is an added bonus. Kyle and Rhiannon were great host and gave us plenty of recommendations of local places to try. We will definitely be back to the Orange Oasis!

Very clean beach house, steps from the beach and Pier Park. House was great and communication with owner was excellent from the time we booked. She always responded very quickly to questions I had pre-arrival and when I arrived there was a small glitch with the keypad lock (not their fault) and she responded within minutes and checked on us during our stay. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again.

Was very clean and the host was amazing and quick to respond to an questions we had. Amazing place to watch the fireworks with the family. We will return hopefully next year.

As clean as my own home!
2 adults and 6 kids under 12 stayed here and the access to the beach was perfect for us! This part of the beach isn’t crowded which made it even more enjoyable. The parking easily accommodated our large 12 passenger van. The home was well stocked with everything I needed to fix all meals at the house over 6 days. We will definitely stay again. This home is very well taken care of.

Truly an oasis
This house was so adorable and clean. Updated and decorated perfectly. My kids loved the bunk beds and the pool. The top deck has a beautiful view of the ocean. Perfect location. I have little kids and we were able to walk to the beach easily and pier park. My kids had the time of their lives. Weather was perfect and the beach was clean and felt private. Only thing I wish was to have extra toilet paper and trash bags. Other than that it was perfect And my kids are already asking to go back.

Felt like home
We enjoyed our stay at the Orange Oasis very much. It was spotless and felt like home when we were done for the day. The location is unbeatable. We walked to Pier Park almost every night. The pool was a great option to have aside from the beach.

This is a beautifully decorated home within walking distance of the beach, food, and shopping. Everything was well thought out.
My favorite place is the top floor balcony off the living room/kitchen area. It is a wonderful place to eat breakfast/drink coffee in the morning.

Better than expected

This house was the cleanest rental I have ever stayed in. The owners were incredibly helpful and communicative throughout our stay.
