Perfect house for multiple families with an awesome layout for privacy when needed. The house is beautiful with everything needed for vacation or a family gathering. Close proximity to Parris Island if you have a Marine graduate. Also very close to some amazing restaurants and shopping. The elevator was an awesome bonus! Very easy to operate if you follow the directions. Large kitchen for cooking with everything you need. The owner responds very quickly if a problem does arise. Was very pleased with our week long stay. Will be back!

There were 8 of us and a baby so everyone enjoyed having their own space. The rooms are well decorated and beds were comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked with pretty much everything needed to cook and serve a meal. However, the pots/pans (non stick ones) are badly scratched. The only minor disappointment was that closest beach entrance was closed for renovations (of course this was not the host fault). We had to message the host to get another entrance point and it was further away which was inconvenient. I wish this had been part of the welcome message so we would have been prepared. Overall, the host was very responsive and even came over when we were having an issue with the gas grill. We would stay here again.

We had a great stay. It’s a quick drive to get anywhere, plus walking to the beach is clutch. Host was super responsive and helpful. Nothing bad to say!

The location of the property and the decor and number of bedrooms was great. We chose the property because of the elevator use but unfortunately it was down more than it was up. Trying to contact and get assistance with this problem was far less than desirable!! Several other issues were finally addressed by the owner but only after we had called VRBO.

The house was very nice and the proximity to the beach was outstanding. Nice decor, comfortable beds, plenty of room for our group of 13. Pool was a nice touch got rainy day.
The drawbacks? Not many . Houses are close together so other people’s issues can bleed over to you. Only one idiot next door of note.
Elevator was a little tweaky. Stopped working twice but then started. Unfortunately, the last time was as we were leaving so my 89 year old mother had to deal with the stairs.
There seem to be a couple of ducks or water fowl that are non stop noise most of the night.
But bottom line I’d sure stay again.

Delightful location, very convenient beach access, easy drive to downtown and to restaurants. We never felt crowded, everyone had their own space. Very well stocked kitchen with ample dishes and silverware. Really a very flexible location that readily accommodated family gathering and provided space when private time was sought.

The home was not represented properly. On the site we didn’t have a working grill. It was very dirty and uncapped tried to reach out to the host before reporting this to Vrbo, but got no response at all. Sadly, I would never rent this house again, and would suggest that it be removed from the VRBO site. I don’t believe it’s the standard that VRBO would want to be associated with. There was a use condom wrapper on the bedroom floor along with dirty bought beer bottle. The sand toys and beach chairs were covered and caked in and dirt and sand never cleaned sand all over the garage floor only one working lightbulb in the living room the monopoly game that was featured on the website had no pieces to it , the grill was not working order nor was the fire pit was a rusty cooler rusty garbage can all and all just was not well-maintained home

We loved staying at this property! There was enough beds for everyone, and plenty of space which was amazing! We had some issues with the pool but Rosanne and Tim worked with us throughout the stay. The pool didn’t get fixed until our final day there so we were a little bummed about that but grateful that they were able to be in contact with us and willing to fix it! Overall great stay and great hosts!

Having a big family, its hard to find a place that gives everyone a bed.. this place did! It was central to everything we did or wanted to do. The only downside was the weather so we couldnt use the pool as much as we wanted to. The elevator was a nice touch moving in and out with our luggage. If you are in the area, i would reccomend!

We had a family reunion over Thanksgiving. The house with its many rooms and beds was just perfect. The walk to the beach was easy and we had a great time.

Nice facility
Very nice. My only complaint is about the garage area with a trashed table and garbage cans running over. These issues were handled immediately when I brought it to the attention of the manager.
One issue that is not resolved is that the garage door opener inside the garage does not function.

We loved our stay! It was so easy to communicate with the manager and when we had a problem with the ice machine they came right away and with extra bags of ice for us. It was clean, comfortable, had everything we needed, and exactly as pictured. Would highly recommend!

Out to check one of the issues we had which was super helpful!
The only drawback was the cleaning. We got there early and waited in the car until almost 430 to get in because the cleaning lady was still there and we didn’t want to rush her. When we got in there were some used towels by the pool and in the master bathroom. There were also some cleaning products/items left out. It wasn’t a huge issue though, we just moved it out of the way.
The kitchen was stocked with just about any gadget you can think of which made it easy to cook just about anything. We were surprised to see so many household items such as an air fryer, blender, and margarita maker. We enjoyed ourselves and plan to return to this home for the next group outing.
