You're going to love your stay in this newly-remodeled three bedroom, two bathroom condo in East Vail's Timber Falls. The property includes the use of a six-person Ski Locker in Vail Village, so you won't have to worry about walking around in ski boots or carrying equipment. It has 1,250-square-feet of living space, is only four-and-a-half miles from Vail Village, and accommodates up to eight guests. There is a king-size bed in the main bedroom and the second bedroom has a queen-over-queen bunk bed. The third bedroom also has a queen bed. This condo is fully furnished with lovely leather couches, a dining table with seating for eight, a large flatscreen TV in the living room, and smaller TVs in each bedroom. There is a shuttle stop in the complex that will take you back and forth to the Village until 2 am, and the bus runs every 15 minutes during ski season and every hour in the summer. Plus, the condo has access to the complex's summer pool and tennis courts. Kick back in splendor and convenience with this mountain home as your vacation centerpiece. Things to know: * Please note that this home does not include central AC. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors! Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The condo had good usable space and was located in a quiet area close to Vail. It was clean, but could use some updating. When we arrived one of the bedrooms had a window that had been cranked open too far and the hardware was broken and the window could not be cranked shut. The TV in the family room could not be turned on with the remote - you had to plug in an HDMI cable which then turned on the TV and provided cable service. The volume was stuck at a very high level and could not be adjusted - making the TV pretty much unusable. I contacted the property management company and they said they would send the local maintenance to address the problems. The local maintenance never showed up or contacted us - so problems were never addressed during our stay.

We would definitely stay here again. Kitchen had everything we needed, and one person in our party is an executive chef! Comfortable beds, huge couch for all 6 of us, nice views and a great pool. Mountain condos in summer can get hot, but this one had great air circulation with all the windows open and always stayed cool.

Nice condo and convenient to the Vail Village. Unit could use some TLC. Shower showed signs of mold on the ceiling in both bath rooms. The main living areas have not blinds for privacy. Main bath room toilet tissue holder broken

We enjoyed our stay at Timber Falls 1504. We never felt crowded and there were enough dishes, pans, and towels to feel at home for a few days. The bus stop to Vail Village was close by making runs to and from the slopes/restaurants easy to manage.

Good location. Ski lockers and shuttle to Vail Village were very convenient for the skiers in our group. Condo was spacious, couch was large and super comfortable and the kitchen had everything needed to make quick dinners. Quality linens. The condo is on the second floor and could pose problems for some when hauling luggage. Water pressure was not great. Overall, excellent visit and would definitely stay here again.

It was a very comfortable property - well furnished, stocked and clean. We had one hiccup with the front door code for the Bridge St Lockers but one phone call to the prop mgmt and that was resolved quickly. Very responsive and it was appreciated. I'd recommend this property to anyone looking to have some fun in Vail.
