About this condo rental

Located in Topsail Beach, this charming condo for R 6,494 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. Upon entering the condo, there is a large pantry on the right. Past the panty also on the right is a full kitchen. The kitchen comes complete with a stove and microwave oven, toaster oven, refrigerator, and dishwasher. You will also find silverware, plates, bowls, cups and glasses. And of course there is a coffee maker! Adjacent to the kitchen is countertop bar with four barstools. Past the kitchen, the condo opens up onto the living room. Here there is a table with room for six. Continuing on, there is a couch, easy chairs, and TV. The view from here is terrific with a large glass sliding door that opens up to the oceanfront deck. Enjoy your morning coffee and meals overlooking the dunes and seashore. To the left, off the back hallway is the primary bedroom. This bedroom has a queen bed and it's own private bathroom. As in the living room a large sliding glass door opens up the the oceanfront deck. Next down the back hallway is the laundry room with a washer and dryer. Continuing down the hallway is the fist sound side bedroom. This bedroom also has a queen bed and adjoining bathroom. There is a large sliding glass door that opens up to a balcony. This is a great place to watch to sunset over the sound. The second sound side bedroom has two extra long twin beds, it's own closet and the bathroom is across the hall.

This condo is very comfortable, clean, spacious and decorated nicely. Kitchen well equipped. Roomy covered deck and it’s an end unit with no one walking past the deck. It’s exactly how it’s advertised. The hosts are very responsive. Easy check in. We definitely will stay here again.

If you are looking for a place with a beach that isn’t too busy, this is it! The condo was spacious and in great condition. LOVED sitting on the covered porch and watching the ocean. We liked that it was a unit on the end as well. The owners supplied little extra touches that were appreciated and not typical at other places we have stayed. So thank you. We will recommend this place to our family and friends looking for a nice place to stay.

This oceanfront condo was amazing! It was very clean, nicely furnished and decorated, and had everything as advertised on VRBO plus more! We thoroughly enjoyed our week there and will definitely rent this property on another Topsail vacation!

Our stay was great! The place was well stocked, clean and comfortable. We could sit on the porch and just stare at the perfect view. The weather wasn’t the best but you can’t control Mother Nature.

65+ here. nice place, well equipped. great oceanfront view. on the less crowded end of the island. comfortable. we visited in May. would have liked to open the windows and let the air in, but there were no screens on the doors or windows. this would not be a problem during a/c season. also, the second bedroom mattress has a valley. otherwise we had a great stay.

The condo lived up to everything you see on this site. Kitchen was stocked better than what I have at home. Laura Byrd was so very helpful, kind and pure joy to work with. Sitting on that deck was THE most relaxing and should be labeled : "HAPPY PLACE". Highly recommend for anyone!

This is the best unit I have seen at Queens Grant and this is our 5th year coming to Topsail. Loved not having to bring beach chairs, linens, games, there was even books and magazines.

This was our second year staying at this condo and it was as fabulous as last year's stay! The condo itself is pristine, has everything you need and also everything you forgot you needed for a beach vacation! The location is ideal (both Surf City and Serenity Point are only a few minutes drive away). This condo offers both beach and sound side views and the beach view is AMAZING! The Sound Side view is also great as you can see the sunsets! The beach access couldn't be better and because we love it here so much, our family plans to return for years to come!!

This was our second visit to the Bird's property at Topsail. The location is fantastic and the property itself is very clean, comfortable and well maintained. It comes stocked with some essentials making it even more convenient if you forget something. We will be back for our annual visit again next year.

Laura was the sweetest host and made our trip very easy! We have stayed at a handful of places on the island and this condo had the best beach yet! Nothing like waking up in the morning, opening up your door and feeling like you are already at water’s edge! And if sitting at the beach all day isn’t your thing, the pool is right across the street and large enough to accommodate many! 5 stars!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This property was absolutely clean, well-kept and so well decorated. It was one of those places , which are a rare find, where you feel completely comfortable from the minute you walk in. Thanks to the owners for such care and renting their place. Also you can’t beat the view and beach access and if you have a boat , you are all set too because their is a boat ramp that can be used and a place for the boat trailer to park. Great stay and would definitely return there!

This property was everything we needed for our beach vacation. Very clean and located in a beautiful neighborhood. Laura's was an excellent host. The directions and check in process were easy and she touched base with us to make sure we had all we needed. This is just a beautiful property steps from the ocean. Wonderful Stay at Queen's Grant in Topsail Beach!

We had an amazing stay at this oceanfront condo in Queen's Grant at Topsail Beach. Laura was an excellent communicator and the unit had everything that we could possibly need. The location is fantastic, and you're truly just steps from the ocean. The three bedrooms were great, and we had plenty of room for everyone without feeling like we were on top of each other. We've stayed in several rental houses/units at beaches all over the Carolinas, and this is our favorite. The beach is wide, the water was pretty, and the beach was very uncrowded (even though we went during spring break in mid-to-late April). You're just minutes away from restaurants, grocery stores, retail stores, etc., but you still feel like it's a sleepy relaxed beach town. I highly recommend this condo, and we would definitely stay here again in the future.
