Great location! House was perfect for our stay with our adult children. Plenty of space for all of us. House was clean and well maintained. Would definitely stay here again.

It was the best decision on going away for Christmas. Kids had a blast playing in the snow. Having the backyard fenced was definitely a plus. Loved the foosball table.

House was in pristine condition and well stocked when we arrived. We particularly enjoyed the coffee bar and foosball table. Heavenly is just 7-9 min away as are about a dozen restaurants. Great stay. We'd love to come back.

We stayed here for a week. And although the weather was a bit gloomy it was a perfect trip with a perfect place to stay. Home is well stocked with everything you need. Owner was very responsive when we contacted him. Have been coming to Tahoe for the last 30+ years with our family and will definitely be back. We have found out vacation home in Ermey’s Tahoe home.

Terry's place was amazing! Beds were comfy, sheets and towels were soft. All the necessities were available, including toiletries and cook ware. The coffee and tea station was fabulous. The game area was a hit! Plenty of boardgames, a poker table, and foosball! We will definitely stay here again, next time we are in Tahoe.

Terry's place was amazing! Beds were comfy, sheets and towels were soft. All the necessities were available, including toiletries and cook ware. The coffee and tea station was fabulous. The game area was a hit! Plenty of boardgames, a poker table, and foosball! We will definitely stay here again, next time we are in Tahoe.

Perfect location
Terry made sure we had a safe trip by driving in first to check roads for us as many people were stuck in Tahoe due to record snowfall. The house was clean, beautiful and had everything we needed to ensure our stay was comfortable. Our welcome bottles of wine were perfect after long drive. Thanks Terry!

We enjoyed our stay at this property, it's only 10 min drive to Heavenly Village. The kitchen is well equipped with everything we need to cook a nice meal for 10 people. Love the coffee and tea bar, there are even the ziplock bags for convenience.
One small suggestion is to add a Grab Bar to the Master Bathtub area as one of my guests almost slip and fell while trying to step out the bathtub.

Loved the location and property. Quiet neighborhood and the house had all the amenities we needed. Lots of space for our family and nicely furnished. Loved the coffee bar and poker table. Terry was very responsive to our needs. We will be back!
