Summary: Welcome to Condo LeConte! Extraordinary views of The Great Smoky Mountains National Park and downtown Gatlinburg, TN await you at this wonderful condo! The condo is located less than 15 minutes to the middle of downtown Gatlinburg! The condo sleeps 4 guests with a queen bed and queen sleeper sofa. It also features one full bathroom with a tub/shower! The condo complex offers tons of amenities including indoor and outdoor pool as well as indoor hot tub! Come visit today! The Space: 1 Queen Bed 1 Queen Sleeper Sofa 1 Full Bathroom Kitchen Complete With Refrigerator, Stove, and Dishwasher Regular Coffee Maker (Bring your own coffee) Pots and Pans Utensils Cookware Linens and Towels High Speed Internet And Smart TV Including Cable TV And Netflix Condo Located On 2nd Floor (Steps) Guest Access: Entire Condo The Neighborhood: This gorgeous condo is only 3.6 miles to the heart of downtown Gatlinburg, TN! It features plenty of amenities! The condo complex offers indoor and outdoor pools, hot tub, game room, gas grills, seasonal firewood, and washer/dryer facilities (pay). Getting Around: We always recommend 4x4 wheel drive for any condo in The Great Smoky Mountains to be extra safe. Paved roads all the way up and paved parking, too. Other Things to Note: The indoor pool and hot tub are temporarily closed due to repairs. They are working hard to finish these repairs asap, but we do not have an updated completion date at this time. Must be 21 or older to book this condo. This condo sleeps 4 guests maximum. We always recommend 4x4 drive for anywhere in The Great Smoky Mountains. The condo features paved roads all the way up and without any inclement water any car should be fine, but again, we recommend 4x4 wheel drive when visiting the area. The fireplace is wood burning. We do not provide firewood. The condo complex provides firewood seasonally with no set days. Coffee maker is a regular coffee maker. The views were amazing. There was plenty of parking and all the people we ran into were very nice. The condo was clean and comfortable. The location was high enough on the mountain to give us spectacular views, but yet we were still close to attractions and the National Park. Also, the owner checked in via text, and email to make sure that there were no issues.

From the moment we walked into the condo we were very satisfied with everything! The condo is very nice and updated! Very clean and comfy. The communication with the owner was very good and fast, he checked in with us by messenger to make sure we didn’t need anything. The building and parking lot is also very well kept. It is a very winding and steep drive to the condo but once you drive it the first time it’s not to bad and you get to see a lot of beautiful views ! I highly recommend this condo for your vacation!!

It was a cute little place to stay for a short weekend getaway. Loved that it had a cabin feel. The view was amazing! Loved seeing the mountains out the window by the bed first thing in the morning.

The view alone is worth the price of this condo rental. It’s perfect. The mountains are beautiful and you’re able to see the chaos of downtown Gatlinburg without actually having the be in it. Coffee on the balcony was a dream. The condo itself was incredibly clean and comfortable. But we spend all our time on the balcony because THE VIEW. Pretty easy in and out to downtown and to Pigeon Forge..
Stay here if you’re planning a trip to the Smokies!

The view over the mountains was beautiful. Gatlinburg strip was a giant cloud in the morning so my fiancee got loads of pics! . The place was very nice and clean and had everything we needed. It felt very homely.

The view was amazing. Watching the sunrise is definitely a must. So lucky we saw a momma bear and her two cubs in the parking lot and also from our balcony. They are a treat to see, from a safe distance of course. We also liked that it was so quiet and peaceful. Look forward to staying here again.

Property was as described. Very clean and quiet. We saw 6 bears on the property. One bear came and set right under are balcony just staring at us. Unfortunately I have a feeling people throw him food from the balconies. Was very accessible to downtown Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge and Great Smoky Mountains Park. On this trip we saw a total of 13 bears,. 6 on the property, 1 near Greenbrier resturant, 3 Cades Cove and 3 at Annekeesta.. Great trip will book again!!

Cute little place! Wonderful view!
Everything was clean and enjoyed our stay! Wonderful views of the mountains and the winding road or curvy drive up was fun! We did see a momma bear and her 2 cubs a couple times! Unfortunately when booking I was not aware that it was a condo and not a cabin or chalet! And one other thing the balcony was slightly shaky! Michael Taylor
