This condo has been tastefully decorated with quality furnishings and vibrant, beach décor, creating a comfortable setting for you and your family. Enjoy free WiFi, two flatscreen TVs with Blu-ray/DVD/internet access in the living room and bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and a full-size washer and dryer. Take in the bayside vistas from the balcony, enjoy walking the dock around the community, and admire the local scenery and wildlife. You can spend your days swimming in the bayside pool or fishing and crabbing from the pier - the owner has all the necessary equipment! On the property, there's a kayak rack, bike racks, a boat launch ramp (no trailer parking allowed), and weekly slip rentals on a first-come, first-serve basis. A private, coded gate allows entrance to a marina with boat and jet ski rentals, charter fishing, as well as the popular Fish Tales restaurant with a large children’s playground. In addition to these bayside perks, the beach and the famous Ocean City Boardwalk with its many attractions are just a few blocks away. A beach cart, as well as beach chairs, an umbrella, and children’s sand toys have been provided for you. Spend your days in the sun and return to breathtaking sunsets and dinners at the many fine restaurants nearby. Things to know: The fireplace is not for guest use Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 3. Dock details: Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. This place has a lot of potential, however, it didn't meet expectations for the price we paid. The bad: not clean (hairs on floor in bathroom, refrigerator dirty and had crumpled napkin left in it); open wine bottle left on counter; old broken, dirty appliances - frig had no door handle, and oven handle fell off when we were there. Ants everywhere. The carpet in the bedrooms is stained and gross. The couches were kind of gross/dirty too. "White" couches in a rental aren't a good idea. Vacasa wasn't very responsive to my concerns. I texted them regarding the dirtiness and the ants, and they said they would pass info onto local manager. No one ever contacted us regarding dirty condo. A guy showed up with ant baits like the kind you buy at walmart on our second day. Food was ruined by the ants, and Vacasa didn't offer any refund or payment for the food.

A few things were broken or didn’t work: Refrigerator handle broken, 3 or the 4 burners did not work. Wi-Fi did not work but we just figured we are away and tried to stay off our phones.

The condo was very clean with high ceilings making it feel spaceous. Nice sized TV, keurig, nutribullet we’re nice amenities. We enjoyed fishing from the main pier and stunning sunsets from the pool area where we could bring our own wine and sit at the tables. Walkable to the boardwalk, Blu and Fishtales. Blu had a great happy hour and Trivia Friday night. We brought our bikes and never had to drive anywhere. Safe and quiet location was great for our family.

The location is excellent if you prefer bayside versus ocean view. Only two blocks to the boardwalk and ocean. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Pool was also nice.

Loved the location and the fact it’s by a bar. Able to have drinks and walk back to the condo. Well cleaned and prepared for our stay. A little out dated tv, but understand. Don’t want the finest things being rented out. Definitely coming back in a few weeks. Possibly looking for same condo.

We greatly enjoyed the access to local restaurants and bars as well as the public beach access. The fridge had not been cleaned out as we had been specifically told it would due to Covid guidelines. Overall we enjoyed our trip and would return.

If only it was clean
It’s a shame the owners of this property don’t have professional management. This condo could be perfect if it was overseen better. The unit was extremely dirty. Our feet were black from walking on the floors. Bathrooms were the only rooms that I can say were cleaned satisfactorily. The entire refrigerator and freezer were filled with previous renters food and leftovers. The dishwasher was filled with dirty dishes. The patio furniture was junk and pieces broken. The patio floor was disgustingly sticky from food and drink spills. Found trash and cigarettes left on the patio table. Found vape remnants in a dresser drawer. Left behind items under the bed. Although is appears your in control of the thermostat, I believe it is regulated off site. It never reached our chosen degree until like 10pm. Wish I would have known it was 3rd floor and no elevator. We also have an 8ft trailer that we brought with sport equipment that we were told we could have there to only find a towing notice. All in all it was tolerable. I definitely wouldn’t stay here again or recommend. Cleanliness, especially now, needs to be top notch. I hope the owners see this review and consider hiring new management.

Not happy
I couldn’t put my groceries in refrigerator due to food left behind from the guests before me. There was clothing(gown/underclothing)
left on floor beside bed. A tray was left in the oven with old food and grease. Was told a cleaning person was coming and would call first. Waited around all day and no one showed or called. The dining table was left dirty. The kitchen trash was left full. Had to provide my own toilet tissue, paper towels and cleaning products to clean and sanitize the place.
