Bring everyone together and entertain on the oversize balcony and in multiple living areas, or find privacy in the den, the card room, the private porch, and the sitting areas and cozy nooks that await throughout the house. Any number of activities can go on simultaneously in this palatial beach getaway! No luxury detail has been overlooked, including dual main bedroom suites, bathrooms with dual sinks and soaking tubs, granite countertops, high-end stainless steel appliances (including two wall ovens), soaring tray ceilings, flatscreen TVs, high-speed WiFi, and professional decor. Enjoy breathtaking views of the bay with spectacular sunsets, a two-car garage and a driveway for additional parking, a private outdoor shower, and so much more. Sunset Island is Ocean City's premier gated community, boasting luxurious amenities in an ideal location that's central to all this resort town has to offer. This private, 37-acre island includes every amenity, such as stunning bay views, walking trails, indoor and outdoor pools, an interactive fountain, a fishing/crabbing pier, a clubhouse, three private bay beaches, The Landing Restaurant, a market, boat docks, and a convenient midtown location at 67th Street. This home is a subunit of Sunset Island - Beachside Mews 1 & 2. Sunset Island - 2 Beachside Mews can be rented separately. Things to Know A building registration fee includes six facility passes and three parking passes. Additional facility passes are $70 per pass, per person per week. Children three and under do not require a facility pass. The fees are the following: January 1 - April 30 and October – December 31 = $100. May 1 - May 25 = $150. Sunday before Memorial Day, May 26 to Saturday after Labor Day, September 7 = $200. September 8 - September 30 = $150. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated. Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 3 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors! Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. The house is very close to the pool and beach perfect location but needs some TLC. Some blinds were broken, no ice maker, missing tv control, garage door opener didn’t work, coffee pot without a pot, blender with output a top, toaster not working, pots without handles, coffee cups dirty. I’ve booked many homes from VRBO first time with this Vacasa Mgmt and we paid very high fees definitely not worth it. We asked to check out on a Thursday 2 hrs later and they wanted to charge a additional fee on top of the fees already paid. Maintenance was supposed to come fix the frig and they never showed up. They advertised with king beds but they had 2 twins put together. Not very happy with Vacasa Mgmt.

We’ve stayed at Sunset Island many times, and this townhouse is by far the best! Fantastic location, well maintained and comfortable beds. Only issue was not enough pots and pans.

The location of the house is perfect--overlooks pool and beach with stellar views of sunset. Size of the house is also excellent. We had some major plumbing problems that disrupted our stay (leaks through kitchen ceiling from upstairs shower and overflowing toilet leaking into floor over garage), but plumber was excellent.

The house is beautiful and is on a beautiful spot on Sunset Island right on the corner next to the pool just a few steps to the pool and also to the beach. I would recommend the spot. The house is clean and well cared for.

Not only was the location great but the home itself was more than we needed. Very spacious and comfortable for our large group. The girls loved the bunk room on the top floor with their own living room area. The kitchen was well equipped and we cooked breakfasts and dinners and had room for all to eat. The sunsets views were spectacular and I imagine this house would be even better in the summer when we could enjoy the community pool and nearby beach. A great weekend all around including a 2nd place win for our cheer team!

House was wonderful for our three families and our overlapping trip to the beach. Home was super clean, updated, and location within community could not be beat! Everyone had plenty of space if they wanted to separate, but lots of common areas for us all to gather comfortably. Vacasa did a great job with their communication and we would definitely rent this property again!

Amazing location. Beautifully upgraded.
We have stayed here 3 times as this is the most convenient home next to the pool in the center of everything. This year we enjoyed seeing the renovations that made it feel like new again. We have stayed in 8 amazing homes on Sunset but this one is the BEST!

Everything was nice clean very spacious. Exactly what I was needing for 2 families. Just wish we went when the home pool was open as well.. but they all enjoyed there self house on the beach aa well and the other one was walking distance will book again. Thanks so much

The home was very clean and well-maintained also. The manager provided excellent service and made certain that we felt very comfortable.
We enjoyed quiet walks near the bay and beach in addition to nearby shopping. We made some amazing family memories during our stay. I would highly recommend this property to my family and friends. We certainly plan to return!
