My niece, sister and I were there for a wedding. This house was perfectly situated in Chattanooga for walking, eating, shopping and close drive to everywhere we needed to be. Beautifully decorated, clean, stocked, warm environment inside with big porch and back yard. Highly recommend.

Located just a short walk away from the pedestrian bridge, this property was perfect for exploring with two kids who have different interests. We were in town for ironman triathlon and had no problem walking to and from transition with gear in tow. The rental was clean and perfect amount of space for our family of 4. Only minor complaint is blown light bulbs in a few places that needed changing but to be fair, we did not contact owner because we spent so little time inside. Would definitely stay again.

This house was perfect. Within walking distance to anything you want to do on Frazier Avenue. You can even take 10 more minutes and walk across Walnut St Bridge to be in downtown. The house was just right and communication with Sush was great! Only critique (which doesn’t affect my rating) is that the TV in the living room is difficult to work with. We could not get to local channels or basic cable by following the provided instructions. We had minimal success casting to the TV from our tablet. But, we weren’t there to watch TV and we didn’t spend much time in the house as we were out exploring. Thanks for a great house in a perfect spot! We will be back!

Overall we enjoyed the stay although it was quick. We were traveling through on our way to Florida. The girls that stayed with us are all seniors in high school and absolutely loved the house.

My partner and I stayed here for a long weekend with our 3 and 7 year old children. Our kids loved the fenced backyard with picnic table and reading books up in the loft/nook space. Adults loved enjoying the ample coffee bar while we sat on the front porch. The kitchen was incredibly well-stocked and we were able to easily make meals when we didn't want to venture out. The location was PERFECT. We were able to walk everywhere in the city, to the Children's Museum, Coolridge Park, grocery store, restaurants, etc. Sush was a wonderful hostess. She was easy to get in touch with ahead/after the trip, and perfectly balanced giving us our privacy while letting us know she was available for any needs that came up. We'd definitely stay here again!
