Swiss-Belsuites Admiral Juffair

Words cannot describe how incredible and memorable our stay at Swiss-Belsuites Admiral Juffair has been! From the very first moment, the management and entire team treated us like absolute royalty. We were genuinely surprised and incredibly impressed when they upgraded us to a top-tier suite for our special occasion. This level of generosity, professionalism, and attention to detail truly exceeded our expectations. However, there was one thing that genuinely surprised us, especially considering the otherwise exceptional level of the hotel: the bed. Unfortunately, the mattress was quite firm and did not provide enough motion isolation between two people. During sleep, even a small movement on one side was noticeably transferred to the other side, which made it less comfortable for two people sharing the bed. I personally shared this feedback with Mr. Munir, who was very receptive and professional in listening to the observation. I truly appreciated the way he welcomed the feedback and took it seriously. Apart from this point, the overall experience was outstanding. The hospitality, service, suite, and attention from the team made our stay truly special. Thank you to the incredible team for making our trip unforgettable. With a little improvement to the sleeping experience, this hotel can truly deliver an exceptional luxury stay worthy of its outstanding hospitality.

Some reception staff fail to distinguish between a regular guest and one who visits the hotel only once a year; for instance, my own records at the hotel show over 90 nights of stays.

The breakfast buffet was fine. I think it was better before, because that was my second stay at the same hotel. The room was actually an apartment. Very spacious and comfortable. The pool is of the best! Great time there

No A/C in the main corridors. I started sweating even inside the building! Having 45C and 85+% RH ! Please, fix this.
