You just can't beat the location and the updates that this downtown condo offer! Come visit today! The Space: Bedroom 1- Queen bed, smart tv Bedroom 2- Queen bed, smart tv Bathroom 1- Tub/Shower combo Bathroom 2- Tub/Shower combo Living Room- Queen sleeper sofa, smart tv, gas fireplace (seasonal) Kitchen- Stainless appliances, quartz countertops, pots, pans, dishes, utensils, Keurig and regular coffee maker (bring coffee) Covered porch- Mountain views, seating Guest Access: Entire Condo The Neighborhood: This condo is located within walking distance of the Gatlinburg Parkway! It is in the Gatlinburg Towers Condos. Getting Around: All paved roads to the condo. We recommend 4x4 wheel drive at any condo in Gatlinburg and/or the mountains as well as this one. It's easy to reach the condo and in downtown Gatlinburg, TN! Other Things to Note: Must be 21 or older to book this condo. This condo sleeps 6 guests maximum. We always recommend 4x4 drive for anywhere in The Great Smoky Mountains. The condo features paved roads all the way to it and without any inclement weather any car should be fine but again, we recommend 4x4 wheel drive when visiting the area. This condo is located in downtown Gatlinburg, TN and within walking distance to the Parkway. Gas fireplaces are seasonal and operate around October-March give or take depending on the weather. Coffee maker is a regular coffee maker and a Keurig. (bring coffee) The condo is located on the 5th floor. There is an elevator to get up to it. Interaction with Guests: The best and fastest way to reach me is through the website messenger.

Excellent info & follow-up from host. Cute little condo with comfy beds. Nice floor plan. Close to downtown easy access to and from. Great TV’s! All family was happy once we were ready to wind down from our day out.

It was hard to find. I requested directions and was told GPS would take me there. Poor street signage. Unit was not as close to downtown as described. Condo was clean (except for roach). One electrical outlet did not work. Sink drain was slow. Beds were comfortable. Parking lot was on a slope. On a scale of 1-19, I think it was a 6.

Property very dated and damaged. Poorly maintained and cleaned. Food left in fridge, used bath products in shower, tube of old foot cream in drawer. Pictures of property taken in favorable way.

Just my Adult son and I, we enjoy this condo a lot, perfect location if you like to walk. Close enough to town but still quite. The place is always clean and welcoming just like home.

Overall stay was good and if it was the first condo I’d ever stayed in I probably would’ve given it 5 stars. However, I’ve stayed in bigger, similarly priced, closer to town. Only real complaint would be the horrendous parking

We stayed here for a weekend girls trip to celebrate my daughter’s 17th bday.Had a great stay, the room is as really nice.I only suggest maybe investing in more towels!!We ran out faster than anticipated.Other than that, nice room!

Nice clean two bedroom the only issue that I would have is if you are doing a lot of cooking the kitchen small but otherwise if it's excellent place that's why I gave it a five-star

We had a wonderful weekend getaway in Gatlinburg. Our condo at Gatlinburg Towers was perfect. It was very clean, spacious and decorated nicely with updated furnishings and amenities. We highly recommend #504 to anyone that wants a warm and cozy condo. Easy check-in/out and convenient to all of the attractions as well.

The property was very close to everything which was great! The only complaint I have is on the cleanliness. We opened the oven and there was a pizza box with a half eaten pizza in it from the last guests. They didn’t even bother to take the price tags off some of the furniture in the master bedroom. So other than paying attention to details it was a great stay!

This property was just far enough from the main strip that there was minimal noise. We were able to walk right down the road to the aquarium and dinner each night within a couple minutes. The balcony had a great view of the mountains at night. The whole condo was nicely decorated and clean as expected. Will definitely be staying here again.

The property itself was just fine. However, for this trip, I absolutely wanted 2 things: within walking distance to Gatlinburg's Parkway (which was fine) and an indoor pool. That's what I was looking for. Upon arrival, the pool was taped off and "CLOSED FOR REPLASTERING." This was NEVER mentioned in any communication. I only wish I could tell you how disappointed and how angry I was over this. If I could have cancelled and gone somewhere else, we would have - in a second.

Short walk (probably less than 10 min) to main strip. Condo was super clean inside. Pool was a little dated (cracks in bottom) but overall was good. Building itself a little dated. People smoking on property so our porch stunk. That is my only "complaint." Very happy with the rental itself. Only thing missing was a blanket for the pull out bed/couch.
