An incredible, unobstructed view awaits at Sea Terrace 1401, where you can take in the oceanfront scene both up and down the coast of Ocean City from the spacious, private balcony. The air-conditioned interior has been decorated with the colors of the ocean, offering an open layout that brings together the living room, the kitchen, and the dining room. The kitchen is outfitted with stainless steel appliances, intricately tiled backsplash, and a large island with bar seats for four. Other amenities include flatscreen TVs in the living room and both bedrooms, free WiFi throughout, and six beach chairs and a beach umbrella available in the storage shed. The Sea Terrace is a uniquely designed, oceanfront building in midtown Ocean City, with grounds that include a heated beachfront swimming pool, a sundeck, deck tennis, and direct access to the golden sand beach out back. Coastal Highway - the main thoroughfare that runs north to south through Ocean City and is lined with restaurants, casual eateries, nightlife, shops, markets, miniature golf courses, and other sources of entertainment - is less than a block west. The 58-acre expanse of Northside Park is two miles north while the heart of the Ocean City Boardwalk awaits just over four miles south. THINGS TO KNOW Sea Terrace is a non-smoking property, including in all common areas, the parking lot, the pool and sundeck, and all balconies A $10.00 per night cash non-refundable building registration fee is due at Sea Terrace. This covers parking for one vehicle. Please ensure any necessary permit is displayed at all times. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated. Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. This property was exactly like it was listed, with a great city and ocean view, clean property and updated inside.

The room was nice! Beautiful view of the ocean and bay. I was surprised to find dirty dishes in the dishwasher and old coffee still in the coffee pot. We also weren’t able to get to the storage carts because it was locked. So that made getting all of our belongings to the car during checkout a bit more difficult. Other than that, we had a wonderful stay and would choose this location again.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Sea Terrace. Great view, lots of space, even for two families of four. Two improvements suggested: provide clearer indications for the Vacasa office location in the email correspondence and a more complete cooking equipment would make the experience perfect.

We had a great stay and loved the view and apartment! There was a little confusion when we checked in because we had to visit a separate office before going to the apartment. Also, we only could get one parking pass (however, there was a good amount of street parking).

The unit itself is 5 stars, let me start by saying that. Top floor unit with wrap around balcony offering amazing views of bay and ocean. Super spacious as well. My issues were with the cleanliness and lack of communication with Vacasa. We arrives to find bags of dirty linens left in front of our door that remained there for almost the entire first day. Upon entry we quickly noticed whoever cleaned didn't do a great job. Lots of sand on the floor and they obviously didn't touch the balcony. Bungees to hold the chairs just laying on the balcony and clearly a bird had its way with a fish so all weekend we were left looking at blood, bones, and other remains. We also were locked out of the building briefly friday night because Vacasa failed to tell us we needed to get keys for the building from 64th street. Great unit, would rent again, but do better Vacasa

The place was immaculate. Plenty of parking. The pool was nice! View was amazing. Walk to the beach less than five minutes. Beds were comfy! Check in was a bit tedious. Had to drive past where we were staying after a 5 hour drive and then stand in line to pick up a packet that was placed in an unlocked drop box in no particular order at Vacasa. After 4pm on a Sunday there was no management on site to direct you in any kind of way or respond to issues. The storm shutter in the master bedroom was broken so the room was dark and the ocean view we paid for was unavailable. Check out was easy enough, had to drive back to Vacasa to drop off the packet. Overall had it not been for the broken shutter and inability to reach someone when needed a 5 star stay!

Really liked the location and the overall appearance of the unit. BUT coffee maker carafe was burnt, washer and drier had 2-3 hour cycles and outdated, blinds in second bedroom were broken, AND storm shutters did not work leaving no natural light in second bedroom. Called Vacassa 3 X and no support. Found Mr. Coffee in closed second to last day before leaving but did not feel comfortable opening it without persmission. Need more mirrors an bathrooms are small.

Great view of the ocean. Large balcony. Well maintained condo. I like that linens and toilet paper, etc were there. There was no soap which I had not planned on because I was told there was shampoo and assumed there was soap too. Plenty of space. I did not realize that the master bedroom had two beds. Strange. Hubby and I stayed in the other bedroom for privacy. Location is great too.

You can also park on the street for free. Otherwise, it’s a great place especially the wraparound porch w views of the ocean and bay. I would stay there every time!

Clean, well maintained, great beach access, kitchen is set-up if you want to cook in, perfect location for both old ocean city, north ocean city and points beyond, plus plenty of parking.

This rental is beautifully updated and the view is amazing. I did not realize when booking that this was the top floor apartment and the wrap around balcony was incredible. Plenty of space for our family of five. During our visit the main building elevators were under repair so we had to use the service elevator, which was not ideal, but manageable. If you plan on cooking during your visit, pack all the basics as there are no spices, oils, coffee, etc. There is conveniently a grocery store across the street. Would love to return!
