Room was very clean, got the suite with jacuzzi tub. Tub was very relaxing and our room was quiet. Staff was friendly, truly enjoyed the weekend.
Only thing bad is parking. If you have anything bigger than a small car the parking spaces are absolutely terrible. I drove a truck and had to make 45 point turns to get in and out. Unless you drive a smart car or a mini cooper you'll have a terrible time parking.

Location is amazing! Price to compare to other hotels around is fair! We paid 1800 for 6 nights. Friendly staff! We came at 12 pm. Check in at 4 pm. We paid 20 for early check in. Not a big deal. You can check out late. We paid 50$. Reasonable if you have a flight at 9 from Philadelphia and don’t want to loose a day. All restaurants walking distance. Board walk - 1 min of walking. Beach - 2 min of walking. They have bus: 4$ for 24 hours ride. Room is big (we booked king size bad with jacuzzi). Perfect for 2. Everything is clean! Jacuzzi as bonus - clean! Good water pressure. Could be a better view from the window. Ask for city view. If they have available- they will give you. When we came (12 pm) it was only one room available for early check in. They don’t clean room during your entire stay and don’t change towels but for us It’s not a big deal. You can get new towels in the lobby. Yes, they do have envelope for tips for housekeeping. We didn’t mind to leave some tips for cleaning because the room we moved in was clean, new bedsheets and clean jacuzzi.
Parking is super small. Someone scratched my rented Tesla. Obviously didn’t say anything and run away. If you have a truck or full size SUV be ready for 2 options:
- reserved parking (need to pay extra)
- additional bigger parking (free). But you need to walk (couple blocks).

LOCATION
THE ROOF TOP BAR THAT WAS ONE OF THE SELLING POINTS FOR US TO STAY THERE WAS CLOSED THE WHOLE TIME WE WERE THERE- THE ROOF TOP POOL WAS FREEEZING COLD-THE CARPET IN THE HALL AND THE DOOR TO THE ROOM PATIO WAS DIRTY-

Really like the location and pool
They advertised a rooftop bar but it was not open the entire time we were there. It would be nice if it were open 7 days a week. I heard one man at the front desk saying he picked this hotel because of the rooftop bar

I liked the location. Just behind the boardwalk was great, as it was a little quieter than being right on it. It was a good price for the location. I like the small kitchenette area. Rooftop pool and bar were great.
It wasn’t the cleanest - fridge, tub and toilet were a bit dirty upon arriving into the room. Front staff were friendly, but some of the other staff not so much.

It is right at the boardwalk in the perfect location.
They’re is only one elevator where everybody tries to cram into. Also the parking is across the street with tight spaces so don’t drive anything big. The bathroom could have been updated a little more.

How close it was to the beach and boardwalk
Room wasn’t clean when I got there to check in beds weren’t made every day and no fresh towels no complimentary breakfast I thought that’s what it said on their website parking sucked. Staff didn’t speak English and when housekeeping asked me what I wanted done in my room. Nothing got done.

The location was nice.
The property has horrible parking. The do not provide basic necessities. You must ask for towels, toilet paper, shelves in the frig, and to have the trash emptied. The requests must be made in person at the front desk because the phone in the room does not work and even then the requests may or may not be met. The facilities are also old. The knob on in the shower literally fell off in my hand while adjusting the water temperature. They evening staff is pleasant but the morning supervisor is unprofessional, rude, assertive aggressive, and condescending. The general manager is too busy to concern himself with guest satisfaction.

The room was good. The bed was comfortable .
The room was clean. The location of the hotel is great.
The fact that I asked for early check-in. Received a text from the hotel telling me they had the availability and it would be an additional 25.00 was great right up to the point that when I arrived I was cut off mid sentence when I tried to explain to explain that. She , Anna, said that she sent the text but that it said if available and the one I received directly from her did not say if....
I was not the only person in the lobby with reservations that were not honored as requested
I chose the second floor through booking and ended up on the third... which doesn't sound too bad unless you know there is only 1 elevator for the entire hotel.
They also don't tell you that the parking is nowhere near the hotel and you can't park at the hotel to drop off your luggage either.

property was not very well taken care of. the room we stayed at had a broke
shower, no working lights. minima towels. the room was over priced and not what was advertised. it was not ready for travelers to stay in.
the indoor pool area had cockroaches crawling around. used towels everywhere.

good location, people are nice, some doors to the bathrooms did not lock though.
bathroom door broken, some loud neighbors. 300$ cash deposit for anyone under 27 needs to be stated before arrival.

I loved how the front desk staff was so nice and opened the door for us the whole stay. as well as made sure our stay was very comfortable.
the only thing I didn’t like was. the pictures they showed me of the hotel room booking I had wasn’t the actual room we had gotten. in the picture it showed we had a boucany, but luckily I read amenities included part and I didn’t see one included. so I didn’t even get upset. the stay was beautiful.

The employees were very friendly. Always opening the door for guests and answers any questions we had. The bathroom was clean as well as the kitchenette.
The jacuzzi was a bit dirty it didn’t look like it gets deep cleaned very often if at all.
