This modern-Hogwarts home is equipped with A/C and features 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, plus an office. The 5th bedroom is being used as a game room to encourage quality bonding time. It offers a pool table with a number of board games. The spacious backyard includes a deck, fire table and 5 burner grill. Our kitchen is stocked with everything you'll need. Located in an upscale, established neighborhood 5 minutes away from many amenities and 10 mins from Downtown.

Kenny was fantastic to work with from start to finish.
The house was spacious and had plenty of room for our family of 8 with plenty of room to spare. The game room was fun for all of us ( especially the kids ). Roasted some marshmallows around the fire pit one evening and had a great time with the entire family on the deck. This house had everything we needed for an enjoyable 3 night stay and would definitely stay here again!!!

Our tennis team was there for a tournament. House was set up nicely with all the things we would need. Clean and comfortable.

Every went beautifully. Fourteen people in this house and we never felt crowded. House had everything we needed with a great property manager. Our kids and 2 small dogs did excellent. Highly recommend.

Perfect resting place for our family Grand Canyon road trip!
Our 4 teenagers LOVED staying at this wonderful home, where we had a night to rest and recover from a long day on the road. Fun & tasteful decor, a hot tub, and all you need to be able to have an enjoyable and relaxing stay. Kenny is a wonderful host, and the home is immaculately clean.

16 of my closest friends had just got off a 21 day trip boating down the Grand Canyon, what an incredible place to end our trip. So many places for folks to sleep, such a large and easy to use kitchen. Everyone loved spending time outside under the deck lights and by the fire-pit. Highlight was listening to everybody’s favorite music through YouTube on the TV. Great experience.

Incredible, comfortable, and great location.

This is a great & beautiful family house. There are a lot of rooms & space for everyone. It’s welcoming & a lot of fun for everyone. My only regret is not staying there longer. I would definitely recommend this home.

This place was awesome - all the little touches and details were so well done. We stayed for a long weekend with our family, including 4 kids and 6 adults. Everyone had plenty of space, and the kids loved playing in the snow in the backyard. Also very convenient location to get around Flagstaff. Kenny was incredibly responsive and helpful for everything. We would 100% stay again and again and again.

This house was perfect we had family/friends of different age groups and there was entertainment for everyone. Kenny was great and responded quickly to all the questions I had. I love all the details that were put into the house, I would definitely stay here again if I’m in the area.
