Enjoy sweeping bay views and dreamy sunsets from your coastal retreat. It's also just a few minutes' walk to local shops, popular restaurants, and a gorgeous stretch of soft sand. It’s also easy to arrange water sports adventures and boating trips in the surrounding area. To get close to nature, drive across the bay to Isle of Wight - home to a lovely wildlife preserve with a diversity of birdlife, picnic areas, kayaking spots, and piers for crabbing and fishing. Drive two miles to Jolly Roger Amusement Park for kid-friendly fun in the sun - including roller coasters, miniature golf, and a water park. Enjoy leisurely evenings in the light-filled living area, furnished with an array of plush seating. A 49” TV awaits for movie nights! The well-equipped kitchen features everything to create delicious dishes, including a full suite of stainless steel appliances. You can keep the chef company at the breakfast bar. All the bedrooms have TVs, and the spacious primary suite features access to the balcony. The impressive en suite bathroom offers a walk-in shower and luxurious jetted tub. Extra amenities include complimentary WiFi, cable TV, and a washer/dryer. THINGS TO KNOW The unheated, shared pool is typically open from Memorial Day weeend to Labor Day. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 3. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. The place was beautiful and the location was awesome. I had to call Vacasa to bring more towels and washcloths,,, simply wasn’t enough for 5 adults for 5 nights. They responded immediately and brought more right to the condo within 30 minutes. Very good service!!!! Will definitely be going back there!

Condo was in a great location with a wonderful view over the bay. Plenty of windows with lots of light. Walking distance to restaurants and entertainment.
The condo was very clean with extra touches that made for an enjoyable stay, e.g. Keurig coffeemaker, cleaning supplies, aluminum foil and storage bags, spice rack, salt and pepper. Most condo services don't furnish these so we were very appreciative.

Lovely comdo with beautiful views of the bay. Great balcony offering sunset views. The unit was as described Very clean and kitchen was well stocked. We enjoyed birding in the morning and early evening. Walking distance to some nice restaurants. The downsides were hearing neighbors through the wall at night and having smokers next door. Also there was only one parking pass instead of the two that were advertised. Conversations with management company dragged on for our three day stay were fruitless and frustrating.
Other than that we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Very nice condo. Clean. Great balcony view of sunsets. Comfortable beds. Nice to have a few paper products and cleaning products (soap) provided by the owner and Turnkey. Nice coffee maker(s). Parking spaces are small. Two spaces, ok for us but if you have a 3rd car you may have a problem finding street parking. Cooking pans need to be updated/replaced. Overall great stay. Thank you!

My party and I stayed at this condo unit for 3 nights/4 days and enjoyed every minute. The bedrooms are perfect for families or groups. The balcony and view boasts quiet and beautiful sunsets. The unit was fully stocked including a kurig Coffee machine, linens, towels for each bedroom, and every thing you could possibly need to cook anything you buy. It was super close to shopping and activities on the strip as well as a hop, skip and a jump from the beach just across the strip. The dishwasher broke while we were there, and TurnKey was amazingly quick to come a assess the issue. We are still waiting on our partial refund for the inconvenience, but the communication was very great! . Overall we liked our stay so much we wanted to extend our trip, however this unit is in such demand that it was booked. We really hope to stay here again next year, just longer next time 😊

A great time!
Being on the Bay side provides the most beautiful sunsets on the balcony. Great sitting out on the balcony in the morning enjoying our coffee without being in direct morning sunlight. A great time!

Perfect location, tons of restaurants within walking distance, beach 2 blocks from location. Only issue is balconies are so close and you can hear everyone's convos in there units also kept receiving text msgs stating there was excessive noise coming from my unit when we where not at the unit or out of the unit. Other than that i would recommend this place and most likely stay there again when vacationing

On arrival floors were swept clean but needed a good wAshing. Master bed coverlet also needs laundering. Towels were very fresh and clean. Very extensively filled kitchen with very nicely had spices and cleaning supplies. Shelf in laundry room needs to be anchored correctly. By the holes in wall, you can see it is not secure. Just trying to be helpful for next guests. Beds very comfortable. Even in kids room. Thank you for a great. Place to stay. Very reasonable Only talked with property manager about smoke alarm that went off a couple times for no readon

My husband and I took a short trip over the Memorial Day holiday to head down to OCMD. The condo was perfect! It was spacious, clean and felt like home from the moment we arrived. Having the linens provided was a huge plus! The towels were fresh and fluffy. Would have loved to be able to bring our mini poodle along. Lots of doggies around to play with! Views were simply breath-taking! Loved sitting on the balcony in the evening and watching the sunset behind the Lighthouse Hotel.

Simply perfect!
This place felt like home! We loved the space, cleanliness, clean, fluffy towels and linens, and the views are amazing and so relaxing! Thank you for allow us to stay at your beach cottage. Would love to be able to bring our mini poodle next time, we’ll definitely be back!
