Old kitchen, no sound insulation between units, small toilet, butcher cabinet drawer stayed in my hand when I first tried to open it, nobody fixed it. Found a roach in the kitchen. Shower was redone, but the handle on the shower door was completely loose, small TVs, the owner could have spent another $200 and got maybe a 36 or 42" TV for each bedroom. I could not open nor close the bedroom blinds. Also one of the bed frames fell apart the first night we came in. The incident that really upset me was that I had forgot some clothes in one of the drawers. I contacted the property manager and told them I was only about 15 mins away if I could come and pick them up. The reply was that there would be a "finders fee" they would charge my card and mail it to me. I repeated that I was still in the area and it was just a simple matter of me coming to them wherever they wanted and I would pick it up, and they repeated that their policy was to charge a fee and mail me the items. $25 for $10 worth of socks and underwear? I told them to keep it. Really stupid.

The location was pretty great. Close to everything no more than 15 minutes from what we done.

I think the inside pool should either be heated. We had a 5 month old and the sun was just too hot to swim in the pools outside.

It was close to the beach

We had trouble with the lock when arriving. The laundry amenities need to be replaced. The dryer was missing the lint trap and the washer lid got stuck with our items inside.

walking distance to the beach Pool centrally located … indoor and outdoor pool Unit 3103 was absolutely beautiful!! Unit 2309 should have been listed as 2 guest max because those bunk beds were not comfortable at all! the fridge is not standard size.

The man at the front gate didn’t seem to know what he was doing. after hours of driving it took almost 20 mins to get thru the gates. location was far out

Customer service, clean room

Online it was described as 2 room with 2 queen bed. NOT got one queen bed in one room and bunkers in HALL WAY. A room has a door. As my daughter was bringing in items the door was shut not lock, guy knock on the door wanting someone was told he was no longer there, begin to walk forward was push back by the door. More forced was use to push him out as he attempted to come in demanding to know what company was being use for rental. Call 1800 number for support and was made aware a ticket would be made about the situation which would have been way to late if anything more serious would had happened and attempted to report incident to office across the parking lot, no response.

The room was nice and good size for my family. Most places we wanted to go was close by.

We were on 2nd floor and there was no elevator and I requested bottom floor when I booked but didn't get it. I'm a 55 year old woman and had 4 children with me by myself and it was very difficult to get everything up and down the stairs everytime we went anywhere. And the ocean was not what I expected at all we only got to swim once and it was shallow then. We had to have a key to get in the indoor pool and hot tub and we weren't aware of that until like the 2nd day when a resident told us.
