due to location a lot of flies outside on the balcony

i had a very bad experience with this property,,, the owner was tricky on my info regarding this place,,, first, the apartment is was built on the roof with Gypsum Board and not real bricks,, meaning air was always in and causing the place to be dusty and no level of sound proof.. also, the elevator did not reach the roof so i had to carry my laugguge using the stairs to the roof to the apartment.. with that the elevator only did go to floor 3 (aprt is on floor 4) and the elevator was broken for the last 3 days. other things that the aprt had camera installed in which he can watch or / and listen to whats going inside (No Privacy)!! - i paid for the cleaning service and yet, the aprt was very filthy - the sheets were torn - the floor was dusty - the balacony door does not fauly shut down and the aprt had a broken picture frame broken shattered accros the living room ! the building itself was dirty - food pieaces on the strairs - aprt next to mine was smooking weed and noisy at nights ! (remember no sound proof) - elevator did not work 3 days of the stay (common issue after reading the reviews) and elevator did not reach the floor where the aprt is ! imagin carrying a sick son and groceries up and down the stairs for 3 days ! and top of that,, the early check in was very expensive as other would simply just allow you to check in early.. the only reason i wanted this aprt is due to location near the Amiri Hospital which my son had an surgery in mid stay. imagin dealing with all that and the issues with the aprt !

For context..i booked this property as i was booked for surgery and needed a place close to the hospital so the cleanliness of the property was obviously very important to me and i was so disappointed to find that it was way below standard. Spent the first couple of hours after checking in, cleaning the place from top to bottom. Reported to management who wanted to do a clean the next day which at that stage was too late. No offer of a discount on price as an alternative. Oven was filthy and horrible smell when turned on so we didn't use it at all. Kitchen utensils could be better - we had to request new pots and pans as the ones that were there were falling apart. There is no microwave which would be a good addition to the kitchen. The apartments are badly soundproofed and you can hear every movement from apartments next door. There is major construction work right outside the apartment (which will be ongoing until later this year) - this started early in the morning and went on until late at night. It is also next door to a very loud and rowdy pub that has a karaoke night mid week. Tv is not connected to an aerial so there is no digital channels/free view and you have to stream everything from your phone and cast to the TV. The sofa was filthy and uncomfortable- we had to buy a bed sheet to cover the sofa so we could sit on it!

only have 2 rolls toilet paper for 2ppl in 6 days, no more refills. cups and saucers full of dust. Find a pan in the cupboard haven’t washed. The washing machine is dirty.

Flat was awesome and its located in Main market(Merssyway). Walking distance from Primark, Asda and Aldi. Stockport railway station just 10 min walkin distance and bus stop only 2 min walkin distance. bus no. 192 Started from this location and end to Manchester picadilly. Also, received good support from Guest365. They are very helpful and always responded with in short time . Appreciated.
