Disappointed

When I got to the hotel and was given a key it didn’t work called the front desk he then told me that someone would be there right away to reset my key and let me in my room. No one ever showed up. I went back to the lobby, we then came back upstairs. He tried to charge the door door will not charge. We had to return to the lobby for him to switch my room. My room was switched. I got inside of there. It was expecting a suite however it was not a suite it was one big room with a small couch . every hotel that I’ve ever stayed at that was a suite. It was two rooms. One was the living room. The second one was the bedroom. I was very disappointed and what I had to pay and what I had to go through in order to stay the night.

The advertisement of a suite guys have to ensure that keys work and don’t have to have customers go up and down up and down, trying to get a hold of a key that will open the door for them

Very nice for a one night stay very clean very beautiful hotel .

My son wants to be a pilot so we loved watching the planes fly over and land and the studio king suite was very nice

The bathroom lighting half of it was out or something was too dark on right side . On the booking it said restaurant on property and there wasn’t .

Rabbit convention

People were super nice!!! Place was amazing and great location for convention. Save us a couple of suites for next year!!!

The tailgating. But you have no control over that and the staff handled it beautifully

Exceptional

Wish the breakfast was a little more trendy and not the same old stuff we are used to like omelets with cheese in them in a hot pan. But food was good and that is literally my only complaint .. the hotel is awesome for the price!

This is a good location for easy access to many locations

Location was perfect - short walking distance to venue we were attending. Pool was great

Breakfast could have had more variations of hot food and juices - not really a big concern.

Great for families and those traveling in groups.

The rooms were clean and spacious. The facilities and outdoor pool were great! I accidentally booked the wrong date and the staff were amazing and accommodating to help switch the date, honoring the rate I got on booking.com. The location is perfect if you're going to an event at the convention center.

No restaurants anywhere close, but there were plenty within a short drive.

Overall the rooms and our stay was great

Location to Kentucky Kingdom and the Zoo

Beds weren’t comfortable and the pillows too thin.

We enjoyed our stay very much. We would definitely stay there again and would recommend it.

The hotel was centrally located to the Mega Caves, KY Kingdom and restaurants. The hotel was exceptionally clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms are very large and roomy, and the beds were comfortable, including the pull out bed. The full size refrigerator and a dishwasher were a plus.

The shower was very slippery. It felt unsafe. My mother broke her hip in a hotel shower because the shower was slippery. A bath mat would be helpful. The bathroom sink area needs a door for privacy. It is not a very good design. My husband and I were there with our two 15 yr old grand sons. A door in that area would have been very helpful.

beautiful and clean, we will be back

This hotel is very very nice. We stayed as a family a 5, my husband and three kids and we had a wonderful time. I will say the pool is a bit small for the size of the hotel but was clean and warm. A very nice outdoor area right behind the pool and a sports court my kids loved to walk around on the fake grass. The breakfast was very good! The soaps and shampoos inside the hotel room were awesome too, usually hotel soaps leave my hair feel like it has some sort of residue but these weee very nice and made me feel very clean.

My only complaint is in the hotel rooms where the carpet met the hard tile floor if you stepped right there in certain spots you would get poked with something sharp. I’m thinking it had to be carpet staples but my kids and I both stepped on them a few times and it hurt. We ended up laying a towel over the high traffic area so it didn’t happen again.

We had a nice sized ADA room (at first). There *was* a pool view. The beds were comfortable. Breakfast was hot and fresh. Pet friendly. The hotel's interior styling is tasteful and modern & exterior colors are inviting.

There was some old toy under the bed in our ADA room and some trash hiding under the beds. The controls on the shower are very hard to understand in the ADA bathroom. Red stains on the bathroom walls in ADA bathroom. I found a giant cockroach living inside the toaster so we had to pack up and switch rooms on our last night. The next room we switched to had a crunchy stain on the living room carpet and trash hiding under the TV console. Airplanes flying directly over at night was a surprise but the kids seemed to find it funny.

Good value and close to Churchill Downs tour we attended.

Breakfast was very good. The room was spacious. This is the only room we stayed in during our 3 week trip that had a functioning TV guide remote!

GPS took us to a Home2 hotel nearby. A little hard to find.

My mother in law has severe allergies to dogs, she had a reaction, we didn’t k is why. I didn’t know until the next day that there was a large dog next door.
