This Tuscan-inspired luxury mansion is in immaculate condition, and truly spectacular providing opulent open-plan living with massive 82″ smart TV. This home has a state of the art chefs kitchen with stone bench tops, European appliances, 6 generous bedrooms, 4 stylish bathrooms, ducted air conditioning, large alfresco areas, a luxurious fully heated swimming pool, living rooms both upstairs and downstairs and your very own private waterfront jetty with ocean access. A highlight of this home is the second level living complete with pool table, bar seating and smart TV which opens out to the outdoor lounge and seating overlooking the amazing water views. For year round swimming Lakeland Keys has a fully heated swimming pool (up to 27 degrees year round). To cater for family groups we have a ‘Teenage Retreat’ which is the converted garage having 3rd lounge TV area complete with two sets of double bunk beds with single bunk on top (sleeps 6 children). Situated directly behind Star Casino and the Gold Coast Convention Centre, Lakeland Keys is within walking distance of the best that Broadbeach has to offer: Pacific Fair shopping, Star Casino, the Gold Coast Convention Centre, Broadbeach’s fabulous restaurant strip, and of course the Gold Coast’s trademark golden beaches. This beautiful home really does provide the ultimate Gold Coast holiday which will give you and your family wonderful memories that will last a lifetime. Please note this property requires guests to agree to the house rules before your booking is confirmed. We don't allow large groups of adults. A $2,000.00 Security Deposit will be required prior to check in. This will be charged to your nominated credit card as a Pre-Authorisation which will be released after you check out. Bedroom 1 – 1 x King bed with a large ensuite, walk in robe and separate toilet Bedroom 2 – 1 x King bed with an ensuite and walk in robe Bedroom 3 – 1 x Queen bed Bedroom 4 – 2 x King Single beds (or if requested can be made into a King bed) with a shared bathroom Bedroom 5 – 2 x King Single beds (or if requested can be made into a King bed) with a shared bathroom Kids Retreat - 2x double bunk beds with single on the top (Sleeps 6). the complementary slippers are just that, very slippery which caused me to slip and fall down the stairs. Though a very nice gesture these should be removed from the house before someone gets more than just bruising. The backup BBQ gas tank was empty with very little gas in the one attached to the BBQ, this was rectified very quickly with one phone call. One of the rings (back one) on the stove does not work, also the seal around the oven droops and the door does not seal properly if the oven gets too hot (above 180). One glass broke in the dishwasher and one was found cracked in the cupboard. All in all this is a wonderful house with wonderful service.

Great place for all our family and extended family to stay with room for everyone. Great location and views. Although some of the amenities are a bit dated they all worked. Pool was a big hit for kids and adults alike, and we had the best time since we haven’t been able to be all together since pre covid

Plenty of room for multiple families. The dock at the back was great for fishing . So close to everything on the Gold Coast
