Breakfast was great. The owner is personable and engaging. The place is BEAUTIFUL!

The wooden bed frame in our room invited bruises. BUT , there are so many wonderful things about this place that I would gladly accept a little bruise or two.

So comfortable we hated to leave!

We got in late so didnt meet our host til the next morning. Entry was easy with the door code and the room was beautiful and welcoming. Kim was so friendly and accommodating when we got to know her at breakfast. U rarely find a b n b these days that actually offers breakfast so this was a specially nice feature and the breakfast was delicious! We probably would have enjoyed joining other guests for breakfast. Its always fun to meet new people. We also enjoyed the unique decor at 303 bnb. There were just interesting pieces and wall decor everywhere.

Good with some minor adjustments would be great.

Location was great and room was comfortable. good value. Unfortunately the other guests that were staying there were a little loud at 12am.

Proximity to the game room based on the noise was a little challenging. If you have guests that follow the house rules, I am sure this wouldn't be an issue. We couldn't figure out how to adjust the heat and it was very warm in our room.

Slice of heaven

The room was fantastic and the game room/pool table was so thoughtful and fun. The people we stayed with were amazing and it was overall a great experience.

Highly recommended. Kim is a lovely host and she knows how ro care for her guests. Its a 10/10 from us👍🏼

Everything was wonderful. The preparation for our stay and all the info was very clear. We spent 3 nights as a family of 4. The facilities were great and the rooms were comfortable, clean and of high quality. Breakfast daily was very tasty and my daughters vegetarian option was available too. As we stayed over Xmas we were gifted some wine and chocolates which was a lovely touch.

Great boutique hotel with wonderful service

Beautiful place to stay and the management was excellent and provided us a “to go” breakfast as we were heading out early to climb Mount Humphreys. Rooms are great and we took advantage of the pool table and darts in the well stocked Game Room. Great experience!

We were in town visiting our sons at NAU. The location of this B&B is an easy distance away from the hustle and bust

Ease of Access, Room Size, Amenities We enjoyed the evening and early morning on the veranda.

It is like a renewal of spirit, physicality, soul. It was ,for us, just that..... a renewal.

I never expected to walk in and know instantly that the owners have impeccable taste. The attention to detail .... the friendliness with still allowing for privacy. This B&B is without question the most amazingly decorated and the most beautifully appointed place we have encountered. This place could hold its own on Miracle Mile in Chicago! Not to mention the food offerings should be featured on the cover of Bon Appitit? The beauty in this B&B makes you believe that in this post pandemic time, beauty can still be found and enjoyed. Great experience and will stay there again!

Absolutely everything! Hosts were fantastic and the B&B was immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, excellent location with all the amenities you needed nearby! Rooms were very comfortable and Kim was so kind and helpful. The wine and cheese hour was a very nice touch! You could sit on the front patio or upstairs on the swing lounge…both with a nice breeze. If needed there was a washer and dryer…very convenient if needed. Pool/Ping Pong table downstairs which also had a fantastic Gym. Great game room with shuffleboard, video game, etc. breakfast was way beyond expectations….eggs Benedict cooked to order! Absolutely delicious! This is an amazing place to stay for one night or many! We will definitely stay here again. 10 stars all the way! You will not be disappointed!

The best run , nicest B& B we’ve stayed !

Very well operated, clean and easy to navigate entry etc . Owners were away this date but all instructions were clear . Parking couldn’t be easier. The laundry machines ( free) were quite welcome as we’ve been on the road awhile . Very nice that they asked ahead if we liked wine and it was there in our room , plus cheese and crackers !

Not a problem for us , but you do need to carry your luggage upstairs. I only mention because we have a lot of gear due to the road-tripping and we didn’t want items in our car overnight . Elders with heavy bags ought to know.

Delightful escape from mainstream America.

The breakfast was fresh and balanced. Location was great, easy to walk to the historic downtown area for those that enjoy walking. Otherwise, easily accessible to Flagstaff and area attractions. The BnB was quiet and peaceful with several sitting areas.

This is an exceptional hidden gem. It's beautiful, creative, has an amazing host, delicious breakfast, a surprising treat for happy hour and a TV/game room. It's my favorite place to come to when I'm in the area.

A place to call home when one is away

The location, safe and quiet neighborhood. The decoration, aesthetically pleasing with different color- themed rooms. I had the blue room, where everything is sharing the deep blue color. The amenities, I was able to store food in the fridge and heat them up with the microwave on site. The game room is great for relaxing and socializing. The small gym has all the equipment I need for a good workout. The staff, Kim is so warm and attentive. Her breakfast is outstanding. She also accommodates to my dietary needs and pack breakfast for me when I need to leave early in the morning for activities.

A Gem in Flagstaff

303 BnB is a gem that is a must stay. Kim understands the hospitality business and makes certain that her guests are treated right. From the first impression to the comfortable beds to the delicious breakfast…..this place was perfect for my family. Kim was available to answer questions, make recommendations for eating establishments and also suggestions for places to see around the area. She steered us in the right direction. A big thanks to Kim.

Nicest B and B we have ever stayed in! A true gem.

Everything was excellent. Owner Kim was wonderful, breakfasts were delicious, property was immaculate, room was beautiful, game room was a blast, and a free washer/dryer and detergent were even provided.

Artisan gem in Flagstaff

The rooms and the house are beautifully decorated and the bathrooms were spacious and clean. The whole house is beautifully decorated with artwork and furniture that all together presents a warm boutique hotel vibe. The Laundry, kitchenette and coffee station in the game room were a life saver after a hiking trip and much appreciated. Kim, the owner was very nice and surprised us with warm cookies. She was very easy to communicate with. I'm sure breakfast is generally warm, but the owners were traveling so left us each a delicious plate of danish, fruit and yogurt to get us on our way to Phoenix. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend the place.

Nothing- it was all good. The facilities were all top notch.
