Ideal for matches or short city breaks:

Staff were brilliant and upgraded us to a city-view room for an extra 15 pound. This meant we could check in when we arrived at 10 in the morning. Ideal before a 3pm game in Old Trafford! Rooms were great too. Modern and clean. And located across from Picadilly Station. Will defo be back again!

Absolutely amazing and comfortable stay

I loved how the staff were very friendly when I arrived, they helped me check in nice and easy. The room was small but I didn't expect anything huge, was very clean and fancy, loved the decor and the whole feel. Felt very safe within the hotel itself

Great location, excellent staff, lovely styling of the hotel just lacking in food availabilty

Location was perfect

Price didn’t include breakfast and the offering they provided was not worth the additional charge for a very basic selection of uncooked breakfast, bathroom was very small in the room

Location, location, location!

Location, comfortable bed. Quiet on floor 13, despite being city centre, adjacent to railway terminus.

Carpet could have done with having the hoover run over it a bit more thoroughly.

Most of the hotel . Car park next door.

Some chairs in reception were uncomfortable and broken . Room too warm even when thermostat was turned down . Car park expensive.

A great place for short stay with instant access to the city!

The room was very simple but had everything you need. The building was quiet so slept well. Location was great for access to city central. The breakfast was worth paying for - very nice , lots of variety. The lobby was welcoming with great ambience and bar.

Good location

Close to Piccadilly train station. Room facilities are in good condition. Staff at the reception are professional and nice.

The staff responsible for tidying up the rooms are not attentive enough. Candy wrapper was found under the table when I entered the room.

Their staff members were always willing to help. My room was cleaned every day with a little note.

Hard to shave here...

The location is great, very near the station and local restaurants etc. Hotel bar was quite lively with friendly staff.

There was no plug in the sink and water in sink was luke warm as tap wasn't working properly. Asked if it could be fixed or could we move room. Were told it couldn't be fixed but we were moved to another room, with the same problem. Manager on duty didn't seem that bothered. I would have expected at least to be offered free breakfast as compensation as room price was very high due to busy weekend.

Business trips accommodation? This is a great option!

Arriving in Manchester Piccadilly very late at night and having the hotel just next to the station! The room was on the 8th floor and had a great view of the city. The bed and pillows were very comfy. The A&C didn't bother this time, in comparison to previous stays in this hotel. There were both UK and European electric sockets. The room was clean. The staff were very professional!

This is my go to hotel in Manchester City centre, perfect location, all staff are really friendly. the hotel is always clean, with a great bar and social area.
