Why is there still carpet in the rooms? Its ugly, moist and smells. The other Marriotts have wooden clean bare floors. And the bathrooms have no exhaust vents or heating vents. The toilets are too low to the floor like a middle school rest room. And the bathrooms are freezing cold. And I had to switch rooms because the toilet wouldnt flush and there were flies in my room. And upgrade to walk in showers. No on uses bath tubs anymore

Stayed here the night before our flight to Jamaica. The staff was super friendly and efficient, room was immaculate, roomy, and comfortable. Found my preflight hotel for sure!

Everything was fine… pillows were way too soft, the phone didn’t work along with a light in the room, and the breakfast was just ok as they were out of numerous things. Front desk was super nice. Convenient location.

The hotel is about 5 minutes from the Rosemont Entertainment District. The staff was very friendly. Lobby area is nice. My suite was clean . The furniture was a bit outdated. The couch was slightly sunk in. The jacuzzi was like warm not hot. Overall it was a great hotel, especially for The price. I would rate it 4/5.

Sabrina at the front desk took such great care of us on Christmas Day! She made arrangements for parking, offered concierge-type info, and all in all used her friendly attitude to solve our problems!

When we got to the room, the TV wasn't working. The front desk sent someone to take a look, and after awhile it started working. However, it stopped working again after a half hour: would only show the Marriott greeting screen. It never worked again. One of the nice things about staying in a hotel is lounging in bed, watching TV, so this was a big letdown. We won't stay here again.

Sabrina at the front desk went above and beyond when I forgot my insulin in the fridge of my hotel room. They found it right away and she had it stored in the hotel’s refrigerator. She informed the other front-desk staff that I was coming back for it in the morning. When I got there, they verified my first name and brought it to me. It was literally a lifesaver for them to safeguard my eight day supply of insulin. Thank you, Courtyard by Marriott!

It s now time to renovate the hotel, remove all carpets in the halls and rooms .....they are dirty, you see and smell it :-( Courtyard are usually very clean and up dated but time as come to pass by Chicago C

The only negative I have about the property is the outdoor cushions and brown furniture needs to be replaced! Cushions were disgusting

Great stay. Very clean. Breakfast was great. Exercise facility was small but served its purpose. Very convenient to interstate 90. Reasonably priced.

The room was clean and comfortable, the staff was pleasant and our room was ready early and we were allowed to check in early which was great. The only hiccup was when we asked for the shuttle, then came down at the agreed upon time but the driver left without announcing his departure. The hot tub had some brown substance in it when I went down to it. Overall I would stay here again.

Everything was great except for when me and my girlfriend entered the pool area this past Sunday on the 10th. We seen a few dead flies and very few devris floating in the swimming pool and hot tub as well. We wanted to onow how often does the pool get clean and does it stay clean as well.
