It was what i expected for the price. The room was dated but clean.

Black mold in room, woke up with the worst migraine of the century. Glitter and bodily fluids under the bed, the pillows about as thick as hank hills ass, and the room had tons of mold. Didn't realize til the morning but looking behind the furniture showed tons of mold.

Staff were amazing and very kind. The room had stained towels, hair in the bathroom, and uncomfortable beds. The cleanliness was the worst part of the room. The experience was fine, nothing to write home about.

We had a very good and confortable stay. They room was clean and the beds were comfortable.

The Inn is close to the strip, which is nice. The room was small and cramped, and the bathroom was a hot mess. There was no exhaust fan, so everything in the bathroom and the sink/mirror area is covered with steam with even a warm shower. That also causes the rest of the room to be muggy. The shower wall is bowing and looks like it has not been scrubbed in years.
We were told at check-in, "Because of COVID, we cannot come in your room..." PLEASE. COVID is over; stop using it as an excuse.

Excellent location. Good place to stay for quick and easy access to downtown! Basic room with no amenities but a safe neighborhood! If youre looking for a room for sleeping, its perfect.

Great location, great price but you get what you pay for. Everything was clean(bathroom, sheets, towels, sink), but carpet was stained, hole in bathroom door(from where someone had kicked it), chairs stained. Check in and front desk awesome

The room was hard to get too. The sheets had not been changed, the heat didn't work good. Would nevervstay there again. Definitely wouldn't recommend. Stay away !!!

I think I got herpes taking a shower! Place was absolutely disgusting! Didn’t even want to walk around without shoes on so I bought sandals to shower in and then a comforter to put on the bed so I wouldn’t get bedbugs. The worst part is it was one of the most expensive hotels I’ve stayed in. Not because it was nice but because it had good location. With massive upgrades this place could actually earn 2 stars.

All nice

Bed and pillows were comfortable. Carpet was stained. Bedspread had quite a few stains. Could use a good washing. The couch had what looked like fine shreds of paper all over it. The bathtub could use new caulking all around it. It took awhile for the water to get warm enough to shower and even then, it wasn't as warm as I like it. Location is nice and within walking distance of the shopping and restaurants.

Our stay was okay, the receptionist was friendly. But the room wasn't very clean, and the blankets were dirty, which was a bit disappointing. I hope they will improve it for others.

So dirty we left in 30 minutes. No one was there to help us . The beds were made but not changed from the last guest because there was hair and dirt in the sheets. Bugs in room.

Great place to stay if you just need a place to sleep. The room was very basic. Floors were dirty upon arrival, they did not sweep or mop or vacuum. The room had a big tub but you could not use it because they haven’t fixed a leak. The sink wouldn’t drain either so we had to take the stopper out for it to drain.

There was food left in the refrigerator. The bathroom lights flickered all night. There was no ice and the ice machine never did function. The lighting in the entire unit was totally in adequate.

The location is the best thing about this place! 8 minute walk to all the fun stuff. a 4 minute drive to the smokey mountains entrance. The locals were so nice! Bears were in the trash it was a great site to see!

The rooms are nice sized and laid out well. I especially liked the heated floor in the bathroom, but the place could use a little TLC. There was a bit of mold in the shower and some of the cabinets had damage to the Formica.
Location is good and the staff was very friendly. I would stay again.

Had no hot water. One lamp worked the other lamp didn’t have a cord. The light in the ceiling flickered.

In desperate need for an update, beds were hard, room was humid and would not get comfortably cool regardless of how long the AC ran. Other patrons were loud and obnoxious. Not a wink of sleep in 2 nights. Room wasn't necessarily "dirty" but felt stale and uncomfortable. The best part about the room was being within walking distance of pretty much everything, especially the The Village. Thanks to the other patrons screaming all night about trash bears and the cops, I at least able to hit up Doughnut Friar at 5am for the best Doughnuts money can buy.
Overall 3/10, even though the lady at the front was fairly nice, i dont think my family will be booking this place again.

First room smelled so bad we asked for another room. That room was awful, too though some better. The rooms were supposedly smoke free rooms. We couldn’t wait to get out of there the next morning! Pet hair all over the sofa. I wanted to ask for a refund, but my husband discouraged it. They say you get what you pay for, but we didn’t even get that.

Filthy floors, dead bugs everywhere, leaky shower hardly any shower pressure, strong musty mildew smell, roach crawling on floor, stink bugs crawling up walls, dim lights.i rented 2 rooms and both were bad.. neverwill I stay there again

This was by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed at and I have been coming to Gatlinburg for over 20 years. There was mold on shower curtain, the shower head was the size got for a child where any adult if wash hair would have to squat down. The water would go from ice cold to scalding hot. The freezer part of fridge was over taken by frost and ice. After being in the room for a short period there was s bug crawling across the carpet and it was a ROACH!!! I told my husband never again!! The room is very outdated and dingy! Would not recommend to anyone to stay here! Even though was not pool season the pools were filled green water dirty and absolutely disgusting and an eye sore. Only good thing about this place was cost but ill pay more to stay somewhere nicer if return. The patio furniture was also broken and idk why they would have them sitting outside for someone to sit in and get hurt!

Staff was absolutely incredible and so so kind. Easy, walkable access to the downtown strip, shopping, activities and dining. Would definitely recommend, especially if on a budget.

Non smoking room constantly smelled like cigarettes and marijauna. Key to Deadbolt on door would not work for us on outside when leaving. Asked the front desk and was told they were having issues with some of them and didnt know what they were doing about it. So felt very uneasy about leaving our stuff in room while away.

It was close to downtown and our bathroom drain plug was broke so my child couldn’t take a bath she is to young to shower.
